Seventh Spell (Finizen Season, video (8/18))

Hey look! I found Ginny’s brethren here at the beach in Olivine.

(There are plenty of light blue dolphins squeaking in sync along with Ginny as they happily play in the water on the shores of a beach in Olivine City. Remus stares down at the water in horror while whimpering in fear. When one is a Rock type and is very weak to Water, can you blame him for being super fearful of the sea?

Olive, Cho, Arthur and Joey don’t seem too much as they join their Finizen teammate and her kind for fun in the water. Molly and Roger meanwhile are surfing on the waves like you do, hanging loose on tail and surfboard respectively. But Remus is too nervous to join his friends for some good watery fun though despite their well-meaning attempts of begging him to play with them.

Harry then turns the camera and one can see that he is in a rash guard and board shorts since he was going to swim in the water. Plus his hair is wet and drenched from all that swimming.)

I didn’t think that I could be able to find this many Finizen until now, but at least Gin’s happy to find more of her kind here. Although I did noticed that some of them have pink hearts on their chest. That is a big mystery I would like to learn more soon. Has anyone else found any Finizen swimming in bodies of water in your area too? Including the ones with pink hearts on their chest?

Oh yeah. It could be any of them at this point. I am currently towards a trait that just appears randomly on some Finizens at any moment.

(Cue seeing a Finizen with the pink heart, and Harry gets even more intrigued.)

It seems so! No wonder it escaped my sight at first, small as it is... It's so subtle, I'm almost reminded of the innumerable variations found among Spinda. But if this were a similar situation, you'd think those marks would show up in a greater variety of locations.

[Something jostles the video feed slightly. The throng of people trying to get a better view, perhaps.]

I haven’t seen that many Spinda in person myself, but I have seen photos of them online though. I think that one of my friends from home has one as well. Might want to ask her if she has see more of the Spinda with varying patterns.

(Harry soon hears the crowds gathering around the area of Cycling Road to see what the commotion is about. Remus’ ears perked that he starts to bark out of curiosity and concern.)

Whoa! What’s going on in the background? Is there something else happening at Cycling Road?

No? Not as far as I know, at least, but–

[And that's as far he gets before he swiftly turns the Gear around, just in time to catch five dolphins in the middle of a synchronized leap out of the water.

The left-most one is also marked by a heart, not that it's visible very long.]

...I'm starting to believe they're showing off on purpose, fully aware that the crowd is there for them. They certainly know how to keep all eyes on them.

Oh wow. That is pretty neat. And they sure know how to get the people’s attention with a couple of tricks up their fins and doing them well. Like how Ginny tries to show off with her moves, she can be very funny at times.

(Said Finizen squeaks as she peaks her head to see the leaping Finizen of Cycling Road. Ooohh they look oh so graceful in their coordination. She really wants to do a leap like that someday.)

If her moves are even a tenth as impressive as those of her brethren, I've no doubt she dazzles all who behold them, even without the advantage of four companions mirroring her. Does she have a favorite trick?

[Those are the squeaks of a talented young lady, and he must encourage her. Obviously.]

Oh yes certainly. She enjoys doing flips by using Aqua Jet to boost her speed up, allowing her to jump high and doing multiple flips in the air. She is still working hard on that a lot as we speak. Probably getting plenty of tips from the Finizen beach pod right now.

Goodness! That sort of trick might win her a contest, should it match the theme. And I've no doubt learning from her peers will only improve her technique.

Oh gee thanks. I’m pretty sure that Ginny is going to be appreciative of your words if she hears them. She must be blushing in joy right about now.

(Cue excited dolphin noises in the background as Ginny and the other Finizens begin to work on a synchronized swim, jump and flip routine while the other Pokémon in his team cheer. Yes even the mostly nervous towards water Remus is cheering on for her.)

It seems more likely to me that she's blushing from exertion. I can hear all that jumping all the way through the Pokégear, after all.

[It sounds much like the jumping that's happening on his side.]

Oh yeah. The video feed is picking up on their jumping as well. I could hear it as well.
