Pelagic gym log - stamp rally
Who: Armin Arlert & anyone visiting for the Stamp Rally

Summary: All throughout the month of September, the Pelagic gym is open to visitors and stamp collectors.

Here for your stamp? Excellent!
Armin has taken advantage of the last summer weather and the excellent water temperatures to set up a little underwater treasure hunt just off the beach. Armin has hidden some 'treasure' underneath the water, and will give each participant a little water pokemon based riddle to help guide their search. Of course, if you aren't one for puzzling, you could always just brute force and search everywhere.
Armin only has one rule -- nobody dives alone! It's a safety thing, you see. If you don't have a water pokemon of your own, he'll happily lend out one of his own. He's got plenty! You can even choose the one you'd like.
If you are unable or unwilling to dive though, no problem! Armin has prepared a little back-up quiz. Just get ten questions right (and oh don't you worry, Armin has hundreds of these) and you'll get your stamp!
The Gym
Of course, this is also a perfect opportunity to visit the gym entirely. Feel free to challenge Armin for the badge or if you are more interested in a tour, Armin is willing to provide! You'll also have the opportunity to ask any questions related to running a gym or challenging the Elite Four. Armin will be more than happy to answer them!
(And, who knows, there are some other folks who live here too. You might see them too)
The Wigletts
The final thing you might encounter is lots and lots of little heads poking out the sand on the beach. It looks like Armin's Wugtrio has been busy with his Ditto, and her many offspring curiously poke out of the sand. Armin doesn't mind at all. He loves drinking his tea in the morning and gazing out over his field of little guys.
That said, if you are interested, you are absolutely free to ask Armin about them or even catch one of them. They can't be caught anywhere else right now, and Armin'd love to share the Wiglove.

[If he seems defensive it’s because he is. This sure is giving him flashbacks to his school years, and that horrible certainty that if he lets someone (Ryan) copy the teacher will surely know and then they’ll both be in trouble.
Of course, he’s also less dismissive out of hand than he was back then. Once his initial, reflexive bristling is out of the way he pauses to consider. He is a little worried about diving. Maybe it wouldn’t be so bad to have a partner here?]
We could work together. That wouldn’t be cheating.
