[VIDEO] (Action too if folks want)
[The camera opens to what may or may not be a familiar scene right now. Swathes of snow along a trail. Tall, tall trees, branches weighed down by the same. However, what may not be so typical is the large Aurorus on screen that's attached to a sled, looking concerned at his passengers. On the sled are a small mountain of boxes as well as a very annoyed looking Espurr who, while adorably bundled in a wollen hat and scarf, is covered in icicles. Behind the little Espurr is a sneezing Glalie, who is occasionally being pulled away by Jotaro so he doesn't sneeze on the boxes.]
You got the camera working? [In the background, Emporio- spotted only by the gold of his hair and the accents of red against stark white snow clothes- gives a nod. 'Lemongrass knows where to point it- go ahead,' can be faintly heard if one raises the volume. So, Jotaro speaks.]
Hey, I'm doing medicine deliveries to various cities in Johto. I needed to ask if anyone knows which cities need more medicine than others. Preferably quickly because-
Guh-Guh- GLALIE!
[Jotaro practically has to football tackle the Glalie to look the other direction to stop him from using Frost Breath on the medicine. The Glalie releases a thick gale of ice behind him, further coating the ground in snow.]
... Because Omikuji also needs some help. Good grief... apparently Pokemon can sneeze their way out of Pokeballs... [Jotaro looks utterly exhausted. Emporio, coming closer to camera range, continues for him.]
We've been focusing on runs for the pokemon between Cherrygrove and New Bark- if people handle other towns without teleports, that should help a lot, but whatever this is, it's really contagious, [the teen adds, and more white reveals itself to be a pokemon from behind him as streaks of red appear- Haema the Hisuian Zoroark wearing...some sort of mask.
There seems to be an alolan vulpix in the crook of Emporio's coat wearing a similar mask now.] Like Dr. Kujo said though, every little bit helps!

Hi. I’m currently at Ecruteak City right now so I could try to deliver medicines in there. The clinics in there are reporting a shortage in medicine for the Snorunt line at the moment so it should be easy for me to assist in sending the deliveries to them.

If you need a restock, we have extra medicine, so we can meet you halfway to give you more.
[Jotaro's Glalie sniffles. The man pats him on the head and sighs.] Good grief...

It might not be a bad idea to pass around some masks with the medications if you can- they only do so much, but it's something at least.

Anyway...]
I wonder what caused this sickness. Has anything like this happened before? [Jotaro is the newest arrival out of the three of them on this call...]
no subject
This Pokémon sickness is also as just new to me too.
no subject
[Ah, but that's beside the point.] I think it's pretty rare here, [he says to Harry.] At the very least, I think we'd have been warned about any recent pandemics like this.
no subject
So this illness is new... Strange... Hopefully it's not an omen for the year to come. [Jotaro...]

It is getting crowded in there with plenty of Snorunt, Glalie, and Froslass in need of medication.

[Mmmmmm...]
Are you able to use the teleporters?
no subject
I tried using them a while ago to see if I can take the Snorunts to another city or town to ease the crowding. Sadly I haven’t ventured that much this winter due to the weather but I could still reach Ecruteak through the teleporters to take them the clinics in the city.

We can meet you to pass on some masks if you can't make them yourself from Ecruteak. But try avoid that. You may make yourself sick from constantly teleporting.
Good grief... so much to do...

You could maybe use the time between teleports to get updates at each location?

video;
Ryan has a Froslass, and we really don't want her getting sick.
[Especially not after witnessing that... Boo might not pack as much weight as a Glalie, but Min-Gi has a feeling she'll still be difficult to contend with if she catches this.]
I'm not sure which cities are most short in Johto, but I'm betting any of them will be grateful to get their hands on some medicine.

[His heart is in the right place but it was definitely not worth it. The Snorunt was only slightly comforted and Jotaro has to periodically throw his Pokemon away from their medicine stash.]
We'll continue doing our runs between New Bark and Cherrygrove. But if it gets too bad in Kanto, I may take the ferry or train to Kanto and help out. It sounds you're pretty short-staffed there too.

[Their other Pokémon are probably fine? It doesn't seem like any other kinds of wild Pokémon are getting sick. But they're still worried about unintentionally exposing her somehow.]
Honestly, I think everyone's so caught out by it we're short no matter where we are. Hopefully once the Nurse Joys can start healing them we'll be able to get on top of it quickly.

I'd say that the best option is to stay in the PC, but if she doesn't like being on 'house arrest'....

Sometimes Pokemon don't want to stay in the box, especially if they think they can do better outside of it and help other Pokemon of their species. [Not mentioning any names, Omikuji.]

[Look, his parents wanted him to have a career in finance and his personal passion is music. This is so far from any area of expertise he has.]
Or if they're just not used to being cooped up that way...
[It still might not be the worst idea to try it out if Boo's amenable to it. He'll have to talk to Ryan and see.]

[Knock on wood.]
What has me curious is what started the breakout to begin with.

Hey! I heard you were talking to Min-Gi about distributing meds? I probably can't help much without getting Boo sick, but Saffron's probably a good place to start in Kanto. You know, since it connects to like four other cities in a big plus sign.
[That's all he can really offer for help though - the real reason he wanted to reply was more in solidarity.]
Oof. How's your guy holding up? Omikuji, right?
no subject
You must be Min-Gi's partner. [Jotaro says, nodding to acknowledge the question and Ryan himself.] Saffron does sound like a good place to start. That's definitely something for Emporio and I to look into.
[Jotaro gives a tired sigh.]
Yeah... Hard to say how he's going. It doesn't help though that he's refusing to take any medicine himself. He insists on making sure that every other Snorunt we encounter gets treatment. He's stubborn... which I suppose means he's doing alright, all things considered.
[Omikuji tries to protest but gives a shudder instead. Jotaro pets the large ball of floating ice on the top of his head, an expression of loving exasperation on his face.] How's your Froslass?
no subject
[Emporio gives a frown in Omikuji's direction.] ...We can't treat everyone if the ones helping are still sick, of course...
[That's directed at Omikuji, more than anything.]
