Touring about Goldenrod City oh boy! (OTA)

What: Enjoying her time in Goldenrod City before travel to Ecruteak City begins with Loop (and maybe catching a Stufful if Cali is lucky enough)

I would like to reach out with my hand (May 10th to the 13th at the Pokemon Center)

Cali is back to work at the Pokemon Center as a medical assistant! April Tenth and the Eleventh had been relatively calm days save for the disgruntled Pikachu with electrical build up going on (He got a bit that one does holy moly). The Twelfth though, that’s when poo hits the fan when the JUMPLUFFS arrived. The Pokemon Center is overrun with pokemon dealing with the worst case of allergies imaginable, attacks and abilities going haywire in the center. Cali and Battenberg certainly are having a time of things with the allergy cases. Good news (or bad if you’re not a fan of high energy), Cali is still as upbeat as ever as she goes to cheerily greet whoever is waiting in line.

“Hi, how may I help you out today?”

I may see you, I may tell you to run (May 14 in National Park)

It was supposed to be a nice little walk in the National Park, especially since Sweet Sixteen had been mostly a sulking old man lately. But alas..JUMPLUFF happened and turns out, the salty Appletun has seasonal allergies. There came the low hums, something akin to a wasp, as the area smelled of fresh baked apple pie from Sweet Scent. Both Cali and Sweet Sixteen froze for a moment as they looked behind to see not one, not two, but three Beedrill coming out of the woodworks. Without having to take a second thought, Cali picks up Sweet Sixteen, holding him like a football, before booking it with three very hungry Beedrill following along.

The wind is picking up and the smell of fresh baked apple pie is strong, oh hey…I think I hear running…now who would be running on a day like this?

“Holy smokes, RUN!”

It didn’t matter if it was insanely rainy out, Cali is determined to have a bit of fun out in Goldenrod City now that she has some time to enjoy the fun parts of it! Armed with a rain poncho covered in cartoony looking Bellossoms dotting its surface, a grumpy old apple dragon, a nervous Buneary, and high energy, Cali goes to check out the attractions in Goldenrod City like the highly questionable Game Corner, Sports Stadium, and The Radio Station! Boy golly Cali, you sure picked a pretty poor time to go touring in the rain!

Send me on my way, on my way (May 16th Going out to Eat)

At last, the final day in Goldenrod City has arrived and of course, it’s gonna be celebrated with a nice dinner out with the team! Downside, it's nighttime and this is Goldenrod City as Cali, in her rain poncho, goes to navigate with her two pokemon on where the diner is exactly. It’s been a while since she last chatted with the owner back at the Pokemon Contest as Sweet Sixteen grumbles in frustration over it. Chantilly could only look at Sweet Sixteen in shock over the language he was using over the situation, covering her ears a bit. Be it wise or unwise, much to Sweet Sixteen’s horror, Cali decided it was a fine idea to ask someone for a bit of hand.

“Sorry to bother, but do you know where the Eevee Diner is?”

"Yeah, no kidding. Those guys can cause a lot of trouble if they feel like it."

["Prom is a nice time to not have a mask!" Evie smiles.]

"It was really pretty though, I think I have the fur tuff somewhere in my pack." Cali goes to get her backpack to see if she still had that fluffy fur tuff there.

["It really is, I liked prom, it was fun." Chantilly smiled as she thought back to that one.]

"They do have nice fur," Radley has to admit.

["Me too! We found Lilo there," Evie smiles. "And last year Scotch came!"]

Cali pulls out the fur tuft to show, "Aha! Here it is." She goes to show Radley the tuft, "Hisuian Zoroarks are seriously pretty."

["Oh wow! That's so awesome, we got an egg from that one." Chantilly was amazed by that one.]

"They sure are," Radley says, smiling as he admires the fur.

["Yay! Has it hatched yet? We got an egg too, but it hasn't hatched yet," Evie says.]

"Right? That and the fur is like super soft, they deserve a bit more love." Smiling, Cali clearly was thinking about getting a Hisuian Zorua some day much to the horror of Sweet Sixteen.

["Not yet, Cali has it covered in stickers though, so that's pretty cute." Chantilly answers, wishing she could get a sticker or two.]

"I just wish they wouldn't like causing so much havoc," Radley finally admits. "We had an outbreak of them a while back and they kept causing trouble pretending to be us. One joker imitated me and acted like a cliche biker punk."

["Oh, how pretty! When they hatch, does she keep the egg pieces with stickers on them?" Evie wonders.]

"That's wild and pretty rude, I'm sorry one of them decided you were a biker punk, that wasn't very nice of the Zoroark." Cali was confused by the concept of Zoroarks pulling mischief like that, it was pretty new to her.

["It really is! The colors work insanely well with the shell too. I think Cali saved one shell piece from Truffles's egg." Chantilly had to do a deep think on that one.]

"I know I dress the part, but I don't act like that unless I need to be tough," Radley says. "And technically they were Zoruas, but it sounds like they keep causing trouble after they evolve."

["I bet it's really pretty!" Evie beams.]

[calisugarfiend]

"Still, that was a pretty judgmental little Zorua, I'm sorry you went through that." Cali was floored by that one, like clothes don't make the person, right?

["It is and smells nice too due to the scratch and sniff sticker" Chantilly smiled a bit, she did enjoy the scented stickers]

"Thanks. Yeah, that was a pretty wild time for everybody. They started out by humiliating Lance on national TV pretending to be him."

["I love those!" Evie says.]

[calisugarfiend]

"I'm not sure who Lance is, but that's pretty weird that Zorua managed to get onto national television.." Cali was impressed by that one.

["They're like the best things ever." Chantilly was debating if she can get a sticker at some point.]

"He's the Johto Champion," Radley said. "He likes Dragon types."

["I love everything pretty!" Evie said. She and many of the female Eevees wore cute bows around their necks.]

"Woah I didn't know that was a thing here, that's pretty cool." Cali was learning a lot tonight.

["Same! Pretty things are the best, aren't they?" Chantilly looks at Cali in hopes she'll get a pretty bow to wear at some point.]

"Yeah, there's a lot of cool things in this world," Radley smiled.

["Yeah! We go shopping a lot and Radley finds nice things for us to wear!" Evie exclaimed, tail bouncing. "And we get brushed every day!"]

"Oh man I can't wait to see the other cool things here in the Pokemon world." Cali's eyes lit up at that one, she was invested.

["Cali brushes and makes our clothing." Chantilly shares happily, though she does wonder what shopping for clothing would be like.]

Radley chuckled. "There's probably a lot I haven't found out either."

["That sounds amazing! You hold still and she measures?" Evie thinks that sounds fun!]

Cali is amazed at this all, "Woah...I look forward to learning more in the future."

["I sure do, I hold my arms out in a T pose while she does so." Chantilly goes to show how she holds still for the measuring.]

"I'm sure we'll both find out a lot of cool things," Radley smiles.

["I want to do that too!" Evie tries to go on two legs, but she's a bit wobbly.

Kiryu, another Eevee, goes on two legs and does it perfectly. "Like this!"]

"Yay! We're going to have such an awesome time learning new things together." Cali loved experiences like it, learning is magic.

["You're doing great!" Chantilly cheered as she watches the others do the T poses.]

[crystalmaster]

"It's definitely more fun with friends," Radley smiled.

He chuckled as he looked over and saw the Eevees. "Kiryu likes trying to walk like a person," he said. "Looks like now he's trying to teach Evie."

["Yay! This is fun!" Evie says. She'll do it as good as Kiryu someday!]

"It really is, just sharing knowledge and experiencing lessons is just the best parts in live." Cali smiled warmly.

Cali glances over and chuckles at the cute scene, "That's adorable, I don't think I ever saw my Pokemon try that before just yet."

["You're doing great Evie!" Chantilly cheered on Evie at her attempt to walk upright like a human.]

Radley smiles too, thinking of everything he went through with his friends.

He chuckled. "It's pretty interesting. I'm not sure why Kiryu loves it so much."

[Evie manages a few wobbly steps before dropping back down. "I like it!"]

"That's incredibly adorable, I wonder if Sweet Sixteen will do that?" Cali looks right at Sweet Sixteen who simply grumps.

Moment Sweets has a method to communicate, he's got some rather lovely words to share...Arceus help us all.

[Chantilly gives Evie applause for doing such a good job on trying to walk, "It's a lot of fun, right?"]

"Somehow he doesn't seem the type," Radley chuckled.

["Yeah! I want to walk like Radley does!" Evie beams. To her, everything revolves around Radley.]
