So, like, I noticed...

[Draculaura is outside, and her Pokemon (Noivern, Cofagrigus, Gengar) are propping up a few things - an umbrella? a lawn chair? blankets?. She's dressed in a stylish bathing suit, talking to the device.]

All of that stuff that's blocking the towns? Major bummer. I was thinking of going to the beach eventually, but, now it's like way too much trouble. So I thought I'd enjoy the best stuff about the beach here - the sunshine! I could never get a real tan back home.

But like, at the same time, all these new people logged onto the game! There are sooo many new friends to make, so, I say? Take the best of a bad situation! While you're waiting for the roads to clear, make some friends! We can learn a bunch of stuff from each other. Like, I'm the unofficial Monster Ambassador, so I can tell you all about monsters! Or boys, I know all about boys and romance. Or fashion! Doesn't this outfit look sooo cute?

[She twirls - and trips over the too short to notice Snubbul. She yelps, crashes into the set up the others had made, and everyone winds up on the pavement. The Snubbul shrugs, picking up the device in its mouth. Yum.]

[Eventually the mess gets cleared up, and Draculaura gets the 'vacay' she wants. She's propped up on the lawn chair, basking in the sunlight. Crobat occasionally fans her with his giant wings, Frosslas is the 'fridge' keeping sodas cool by hugging them, Gengar is eating the food from the picnic basket... hey! Bad!

But Draculaura doesn't seem to mind, sighing happily in the sun, eyes closed. It's an unusual sight... especially when it's in the middle of the city. Hope she's not blocking your way today.]

Is that your friend? [It's so nice to have friends; whatever he's like, if he's a friend of Draculaura's, then Mafuyu wishes she could meet him too] From the circus? You said you all got split up, right? Maybe I can find him!

No... He's not here, I would have known. He's probably back home waiting for me. He's the best boyfriend ever.

Wow, a boyfriend...!

[She's leagues and leagues apart from how Mafuyu could ever hope to dream. Mafuyu's still caught up with trying to make friends-- even casual acquaintances are okay-- let alone best friends who'd spend the rest of their lives together.]

How'd you get to be so fancy and mature... Tell me your secrets...

Secrets? Um, well, I don't have a lot! I like to tell people everything about me! So you can ask me anything you want!

Really? Anything? Then... um... [She thinks hard. She has to make it a good one. ] What do you like to eat?

Oooh, I love a good salad! Especially with fresh, juicy veggies, like tomatoes!

[Mafuyu makes a face. Veggies can't be the secret to glamour and romance, right? There's got to be something else, something even she can do. She's not a child anymore, but could only tolerate things like carrots until recently; she'd much rather have something hearty and filling that could last the entire day until her allowance comes again.]

I guess you don't have to cook 'em to eat, not like potatoes and meat. Sounds hard to get that stuff out here though... [She looks to her left. Right. Trees and grass. Are they edible?? She's never had to forage for her own food before.]

Well, you have to pack a lot of supplies in every city! ... Oh, and never ever eat the berries. Total gross out.

[There's nothing in the first city!! The only way she hasn't starved to death so far is getting meals through helping clear out the rubble, but no lie, those berries look really tasty in the middle of the day with hours between now and the next hot meal.]

Oh, but. Why? Are they sour? Do birds crap all over them?

They taste awful! I've had rotten fruit that tasted better than those things! It's like eating bad breath!

Ugh, no way... I wanted to try 'em too. [Though maybe she'll collect a few anyways, trick someone into eating one and watch their face. She sits back, leaning against a tree and staring up at the fruitless canopy.] Is there anything else out here, or do I need to ride a buffet table everywhere I go?
