So, like, I noticed...

[Draculaura is outside, and her Pokemon (Noivern, Cofagrigus, Gengar) are propping up a few things - an umbrella? a lawn chair? blankets?. She's dressed in a stylish bathing suit, talking to the device.]

All of that stuff that's blocking the towns? Major bummer. I was thinking of going to the beach eventually, but, now it's like way too much trouble. So I thought I'd enjoy the best stuff about the beach here - the sunshine! I could never get a real tan back home.

But like, at the same time, all these new people logged onto the game! There are sooo many new friends to make, so, I say? Take the best of a bad situation! While you're waiting for the roads to clear, make some friends! We can learn a bunch of stuff from each other. Like, I'm the unofficial Monster Ambassador, so I can tell you all about monsters! Or boys, I know all about boys and romance. Or fashion! Doesn't this outfit look sooo cute?

[She twirls - and trips over the too short to notice Snubbul. She yelps, crashes into the set up the others had made, and everyone winds up on the pavement. The Snubbul shrugs, picking up the device in its mouth. Yum.]

[Eventually the mess gets cleared up, and Draculaura gets the 'vacay' she wants. She's propped up on the lawn chair, basking in the sunlight. Crobat occasionally fans her with his giant wings, Frosslas is the 'fridge' keeping sodas cool by hugging them, Gengar is eating the food from the picnic basket... hey! Bad!

But Draculaura doesn't seem to mind, sighing happily in the sun, eyes closed. It's an unusual sight... especially when it's in the middle of the city. Hope she's not blocking your way today.]

[Jimmy laughs. He's...not looking relaxed at all. In fact he's looking sweaty and dirty.]

[For a moment there's nothing to see inside the inside of the Snubbull's mouth. Gross. But Draculaura cries out-]

[After a good yank, she pulls it back, wiping the drool off with a towel.]

I dunno! But then I never did like moving... I hated it whenever we moved back home. Maybe this place sensed it!

[Wahhh, this girl looks so stylish, it's hard for Mafuyu not to stare. She only breaks off when the video feed gets abducted by the Pokemon.] Oh! Me! Me!! I'm a new friend...! [She shouts desperately into the darkness of the Pokemon's maw. Let her see the girl again!!] I've got one too! A Snubbull!!

[It takes a moment or two for Draculaura to yank it out of the pup's mouth - after several rounds of GIVE IT, YORKSHIRE, NO, BAD DOGGIE, GIVE IT!- but eventually she wins, and sighs, rubbing it clean.]

I hope yours is a lot nicer!

Yeah, she's nice! We play tag and stuff together!

[Tag meaning they hunt down wild Pokemon for fun... But Mafuyu's had no trouble getting along with her Pokemon, since all they do is play around.]

Yorkshire... Did'ya name yours after the pudding?

[After a couple of minutes, she frees her Pokegear and sighs, but then smiles.]

Hey, there's my big cutie Komsasan!

B-But you're okay? Your gear isn't broken, right, zura?

[The feed opens up with Mai pretty much in a field of phanpy milling about. They have kind of gotten most of them to calm down by now but once a while a few of them would get spooked by a stray zubat.]

Hey! It's like strange role call, watching through all of the Gear messages for people to check back in. Good to see you're still having fun!

[When she gets her Pokegear free, she too is all smiles.]

Mai, it's clawesome to still have you around! You look like you're in the cutest party ever!

[She waves a hand to all the phanpy and laughs.]

They were all rampaging around earlier because these bats kept flying out of the cave and we couldn't figure out why. But I think...they're mostly under control now.

How are all of your pokemon? Did they all come back from the moon okay?

[ While the title is a strange one indeed, Rosa doesn't take it to heart. After all, there are hundreds of monsters in this world. Perhaps it just means this ambassador is adept in handing Pokemon better than the others?

Not that she gets a chance to express that right away. The image changes so quickly that she can't be sure of what's happening any longer. ]

[She means hang on. Sort of. Anyway, she wrestles the Pokegear from her Snubbul, and wipes the slimy spit off.]

Phew... you meant me?

[ A nod. ] Yes, unless I misheard you. If I have, then you have mine apologies.

[ If she caught on the 'fang' part of that statement, it doesn't show. Her expression remains neutral and angled slightly off. Clearly a novice at the Pokegear is at work here. ]

[It's one of the many, many days where Nic goes out to feed the pigeons. He's got his backpack slung over one shoulder, his bird napping on his other, and he's currently sipping on a coffee. But his normal spot right in his view seems to have a guest, he realizes, and he finds himself staring at her for a long minute.

...Well, this proves a bit of a challenge. She isn't exactly in his way, but he's not sure she'll appreciate the fifteen-pidove wakeup call she'll receive if he doesn't say anything. For a moment, he entertains the idea of going back to the inn, but he decides against it.

So with that, he uses his foot to tap her chair.]

And then closes it.]

Isn't today just gorgeous? Do you want a soda? They're ice cold!

[Frosslas hovers over, offering one. Hopefully they're not frozen solid.]

[....what? Nic just stares, completely bewildered by her reaction. She doesn't seem to care at all... He still takes the soda from the Frosslas, giving it a small nod of thanks, before opening it.]

You should prah'bly move. Else you'll get birds all over y'er food.
