[The video starts off with John just trying to make sure his pokegear camera is working, showing a blurry view of a Cianwood beach, which is still scattered with various bits of debris from a storm. Soon enough the camera is turned onto John, however, whose skin looks several shades darker than it did when he was back at the moon prom. Somebody's been doing some work out in the sun.]

Hey, guys! John here. I've been stuck on this island for a while, and I've been trying to help clean things up from the storm. Things are kind of rough here. But that's not the point. What is the point is... this!

[The camera wheels back around to show a Nidorino. John is standing a safe distance away, which is probably a good thing, since the Pokemon has the barbs on its back bristled, like its ready to strike.]

Snik was always kind of temperamental as a baby, but now he's big and I am kind of worried about getting too close to him now that those poison spines are even bigger. Does anybody have advice on what to do?

[The camera's back on his face again.]

Also, if any of you are near Cian Wood, hit me up! The people here need help, and there's only so much I can do on my own.

'Course they talk to each other, how else would they exchange the juicy trainer gossip if they didn't? Come on, use your brain.

Anyway, I dunno, what do you think he should do? You could try to use him as a go-between but your results might be better if you just have him on stand-by as a lizardy shield while you try to chill Snik out.

[He rolls his eyes.]

Context and body language, John. I bet if you did just say "John" repeatedly at me, I could at least sort of figure out what you meant via pointing and gauging your level of distress.

Anyway, have you tried bribery? Or talking to him. Either of those things.
