this place is a mess.
we can't even get one city over.

how are the roads clearing up?
is that don thing gone yet?
[Each one a single short phrase, as if hoping you'd pay attention and pick up if you get multiple alerts instead of one neat paragraph text, and minutes apart, as if all that time is needed to painstakingly check for spelling.]
i need to get to Goldenrod.

[There's only so much wandering and battling and begging for food she can take. She has a sense of direction of where she wants to go and what she needs to do, but with no way to get there, she's frustrated and bored and has no idea what the state of the world is like outside of Route 29 and New Bark Town. When's the world going to get put back together so she can have her Pokemon adventure?]

and yeah it kinda sucks
noone would give me thier number so i couldnt text them!!
but then i got a new phone and they still wouldnt tell me thier number so idk what their problem is
i used to think phones suck cause theyre hard to use and no one ever calls me anyways
these are hard to use but at least poeple talk to me

well I don't think it's that bad here. And you get used to using the Pokegear really quickly.
but, uh, that's kind of because you have to. It's really important here.
And if you make some friends here I'm sure you'll get some calls!

all i can do right now is leave the pokegear on all the time so i can hear whenever someons sharing news and stuff

More then the town where I live, that's a lot like here, actually.
