[He should have realized something was up when he woke up and all he had to wear was some ridiculous outfit that he had never seen before in his life. But no. He had just chalked that up as Prompto playing a prank on him.

It wasn't until he went to get some food at of their hotel room kitchen that he realized something was up because the angry little green Pokemon with a fin on his head definitely wasn't his.

But it sure seemed to think it was.

Which is why the Larvitar was stalking after Noctis as he wandered around the city trying to find Prompto, for one, and trying to figure out who the little thing belonged to.]

[So you know what's absolutely the best for a confused girl who probably has PTSD?]

[Another girl with a jetpack dropping out of the sky a little ways down the sidewalk, followed by a large bird that could roughly be described as 'made of knives'. At least she's waving cheerfully, right?]

[Yurika runs down the street with a Smoochum in her arms.]

Jane-chan, there you are! Have you seen the others yet?

[Yurika, fidgeting with her sleeve rolled up and some kind of electronic fused to her arm, is sitting on a couch in a Pokémon Centre, watching a Smoochum eat berries.]

Wow, it's so cute! I wonder if we'll be able to keep them...

(This one's an Airlocked CRAU, so there may be mentions of the inherent trauma in murder land.)

Envy doesn't generally spend most of his weird weekends at home, there's too much else going on, but he always does check back periodically to make sure the house is still standing and hasn't been knocked over by a giant robot.

Finding a child in the kitchen is new. Envy stops and stares. Uhhh...

Right now he's a different, much less obvious monster than Walter is familiar with. Deathly pale skin and bright purple cat's eyes, unusual black clothes that don't quite look like cloth and a bright red mark like a dragon around a star on his thigh rather than rust and bloody flesh. But he's not human all the same.

"Heatherrrr...? Henryyy? There's. A kid here."

With a Marowak who looks a whole lot like Assumption. Is this Walter??? It wouldn't be the first time these weekends had changed people drastically, so he'd believe it.

Nobody answers him from the other parts of the house. He's on his own. He's not great with kids.

[Noctis, decked out in his lovely festival garb, warped into place near his boyfriend, grinning in a pleased manner.]

I can use my powers again!

[On his back is a backpack with a green head sticking out--his angry little Larvitar companion he woke up to find this morning.]

What, really?! [ He says, standing up and going to hug Noctis. Before letting out a snort - gesturing to his clothes. ] Uh, do you need that to use 'em?

[Rolling his eyes, the prince caught his boyfriend around the waist and kissed his nose.]

No idea. I woke up and I couldn't find any other clothes.

[On his back, the Larvitar starts to squirm, letting out angry little 'Larrrr! Lar!'s.]

[The skies over Johto and Kanto are a little fuller today; anyone looking up might see a young girl with a rather impressive, if artificial, wingspan. She's being closely followed by a Skarmory, doing its best to keep up with her wide loops through the clouds. If she sees you, she'll probably wave. If she sees you and knows you, she'll wave and then land.]

[If you don't catch her flying, you might find her and her Skarmory resting between flights. Exclusively in places people generally don't get too; tall trees, upper story ledges or roofs, street lights, any tall fountains or statues, you get the idea. Places that aren't in the middle of crowded spaces, but still noticeable.]

[This is her chance to be tall, okay, and she's taking it.]

[On the outskirts of Goldenrod, it looks like some kind of battle is happening.

A Gyarados sways back and forth, ducking and slithering quickly through a large patch of mud she's made in a grassy area far off the path. The large goat-like monster facing off with her continues to shoot fireballs at her in complex patterns, but they aren't going particularly fast, and he's calling out advice and encouragement as they go.]

Keep your eyes open, and be careful of your peripheries!

[Ah, she does remind him of a young Undyne.]

[After their training is done, Asgore and his team just turn to relaxing out in the sun. Save for his clothes, he looks a bit like he could be some variety of Pokemon himself, and his Ditto probably isn't helping. Jam is standing nearby, taking the form of a second identical Boss Monster, except that the face and proportions aren't quite right. But they're watching him, and adjusting themselves occasionally as they go. They'll get it right.]

[You'll probably find the tell-tale purple and red ponytailed hair of Twilight hiding in the bushes, her and her Porygon doing poorly trying to sneak up on random Pokémon.]

Me too.. [Zack rubs the back of his neck.]

[Crown describes Recette as a young girl who runs a highly successful item shop in a magical land far away. She's really sweet, but kind of a bad judge of character. At least she makes up for it in diplomacy skills.]

[So, wherever, whenever you are in Pokéworld, you might notice a tall, blue wooden box. It's probably somewhere slightly innocuous, an alley or alcove or somewhere generally out of the way. It might also be in the free space in the middle of your living room, who knows?]

[Regardless, whether you decide to approach it or not, sooner or later a man in a leather jacket an T-shirt bearing the words "I Stand With Temerity" is going to pop out the door and take a look at his surroundings. He has a Cleffa perched on his shoulder, and sharp eyes might notice what looks to be a small computer tablet attached to his left arm.]

Nope, no. Still nowhere I recognize-

[And, turning to the Cleffa with a look of pure scandal-]

Oi, watch it, my navigation is perfect. It's the universe that's gettin' it wrong.

[Wait, wasn't he...? He looked very familiar and while Lillie hadn't met Professor Sycamore directly, she had seen him many times on television.] You're... from Kalos, right?

Ah... A shapeshifting Pokemon? Intriguing...

[He turns and scans Asgore next, but the only information he receives is an error message.]

[Alexander is quick to realize Asgore is not another Pokemon. Not that he's too sure what other sort of thing he might be (An Ixi? A Gnorbu?) but he's pretty sure the guy is technically a person. He stutters a bit in embarrassment.]

A-ah! Terribly sorry, sir! I thought you were one of the "Pokemon" here.

Walter the kid froze when Envy came in, calling for other people. He immediately darted to find, putting a chair between himself and Envy and crouching down, holding onto it tightly.

Assumption quickly followed him, making soothing noises. Envy wasn't a good human but he wasn't a bad one either. He trusted Chimera, and Chimera had said that while Envy was bad, he wouldn't hurt Walter. It wasn't enough to ease the young boy however, who couldn't hide slight trembles. He was in an unfamiliar house after all. This wasn't like if he was in the woods or outside, when he could run and run until he lost him.

"I-I'm sorry. The angel brought me here. I-I don't know how to go home but, h-he said we could stay here."
