I think it made it, itself. I've always seen it with the costume.

[Oh dear. Starlight wasn't aware of what would happen if Tony looked under the costume, but Mimikyu did. Ever see the episodes of Sun and Moon anime when Meowth glimpses it without the costume? Yeah. Hope you like a near death experience Tony in a comedic fashion.]

[All Might suddenly exploded outwards, like he was flexing and he stood, a completely different man. But steam was quickly rising from his body.]

I can only maintain the last remnants of One For All for a few minutes. My former raging inferno of powers has dwindled to nothing.

[And he deflates in a burst of steam and smoke.]

That is until a loud screech from a certain bat managed to bring his soul back and wakes him up.]

You just collapsed all of a sudden. I think it's cause you saw under the costume of Mimikyu.

[What could be so terrifying that Mimikyu would make someone collapse? Starlight almost didn't want to know.]

I agree. Besides, it might be a little awkward for your friend to wear that all the time.

Indeed. With more shift cars, I can adjust my traveling on my own. I am not completely immobile after all.

Shift cars? Is it part of your Drive system as well?

That's right. The Shift Cars are an extension of myself, and also AIs tied into the core drivars that they are built from. Certain ones allow for the types I mentioned, but others produce extra powers.

Well, it's not actively showing everypony what's underneath the costume. I think it'll be all right.

That's right. They are out scouting the area, but will return later.

Twice a year you say? That's a comfort I suppose. There's plenty to see and to do here that wouldn't require powers I'd imagine.

[Even weakened as he was, One For All never ceased to amaze people, with such a drastic change from a skeleton-like man to a robust muscular paragon of human power.]

I'm just glad I have a bit of my power left. Most people in my world would be outright humbled to know their powers were ineffective here.
