Sidon wouldn't let me get closer even though I wanted to.

But we saw one of those legendary Pokemon the news was talking about.

Has anyone ever tried to battle a legendary before? Or catch one?

[Attached is a picture that's clearly taken from high up in a tree of Raikou, though it's a fairly bad picture considering the lightning flash and the rain obscuring things. It probably doesn't help he was made to stay far away from the beast.

You've seen how they can affect the weather, and you need to ask that?

I caught fairies and forest spirits all the time back home that could do things like that. And I rode the Lord of the Mountain. I'm guessing Legendary Pokemon are on par with them so I don't see what there is to hesitate over.

I'm guessing you're likely rather stronger in your world than you've found yourself here, as well, perhaps even capable of magic or other abilities of some sort. However, no matter how powerful a person is in their own world, here everyone is at the same level as what's "normal" for the local population. And for them, fighting a legendary pokemon is definitely out of the question.

I had abilities but I didn't use them all that often. Most of what I could do was stuff I had taught myself like climbing trees and mountains, riding animals, flying with my glider and things like that.

I don't understand why though. Don't the Legendaries have type weaknesses to?
