Sidon wouldn't let me get closer even though I wanted to.

But we saw one of those legendary Pokemon the news was talking about.

Has anyone ever tried to battle a legendary before? Or catch one?

[Attached is a picture that's clearly taken from high up in a tree of Raikou, though it's a fairly bad picture considering the lightning flash and the rain obscuring things. It probably doesn't help he was made to stay far away from the beast.

But it's a challenge. That's all part of training; finding the hardest challenges you can to make yourself better.

Heh. So if you put yourself against the hardest opponent, it gives you a drive to keep pushing. I guess it makes sense when you put it that way, but I'd still argue there's a balance to strike.

Otherwise you start leaning into reckless territory.

But I guess there's a certain appeal to that. Living in the moment, not fussing over details and just going with your gut.

Guess I can't say I don't understand. I was pretty restless before. Stuck in the same, small world. I probably would've jumped at the chance to fight superpowered monsters back in the day.
