It's a bit bigger than New Bark Town, isn't it? I'm sure I can find more information here. And get more supplies. [Although what she really wants is a shower and a bed.]

Oh, and I made a new friend. [The camera moves over to a Pidgey on a nearby tree branch.] His name is Cielo. I'm surprised he's sitting still for the camera. [She laughed and turned the camera back to herself.]

Oh yeah, the Sevii Islands! They're pretty neat. And I think I just really like being surrounded by the ocean.

I grew up on the coast, the ocean's pretty important to my people.

That sounds nice. I'm glad you could find some place that reminds you of home.

I grew up in a large city, but I love nature...to an extent.

But I guess that's not the same, is it?

The big difference is I grew up in the South Pole, and the islands are tropical!

I never even saw a big city until I was sixteen.

I don't know if people lived on my world's South Pole.

Really? I can't imagine not living in a big city. It's so weird being in a place as small as Cherrygrove.

How did you like the city, then?

From what I can tell, my world's the only one where they do!

I liked it a lot, once I got used to it. And...could go in it on my own. And I still visit the cities on the mainland, I was just in Goldenrod for the big circus carnival.

That's really great. I wonder if there will be any events happening when I get to Goldenrod.

I'm really getting ahead of myself, but I've heard a lot of things about that city, and I find myself looking forward to getting to see it myself.

Maybe! There's plenty of stuff to do, even if there isn't something special happening.

Yeah, it's a major city. A lot of people have houses or apartments there.

That's a tough question. I haven't really given myself time to relax recently.

[And honestly tastes and interests can change between 12 and 15.]

I like baking, and shopping, I guess? I tend to have pretty girly interests.

[Girly interests and guns. She giggled trying to hide her awkwardness here.]

You'd probably like a lot of the cities around here, then. There's all kinds of shopping, and different local stuff depending on where you go.

That's really good to know. I'm sure I'll find plenty to do then.

Learning all this information about pokemon has been fun too.

I think it'd take a lifetime to learn everything there is about Pokemon! There's some great libraries, in a lot of the cities. And the Pokemon Centers in each town have all kinds of information and resources for trainers to use.

Yes, it probably would, but at least a lot of the research has already been done. If I learn enough I'll become stronger here.

[And she won't have to force her self to ask for help.]

Though perhaps stronger isn't exactly the right word here.

Nah, 'stronger' is a pretty good word. Because your team will be getting stronger!
