Succeeding in the challenge against the Violet City gym allows one to teach a capable Pokemon to fly, yet it requires a...machine? To do so.

[Estinien doesn't really know what those concerns are, but he's still trying to work out exactly what it means, that Ziva remembers events that only the Warrior could possibly know of, and yet has no idea of others. It's confusing to him so he's just not thinking about it.]
