Time travel is the worst actually!
Who: Loki and others!
Where: Hisui
When: July
Summary: An event catchall! Will be adding more prompts as the month goes.
Rating: PG-13 for language and like fighting and stuff?
Week 1
Arrival
Waking up suddenly in a strange new world was both disorienting and concerning. Doing it twice in as many weeks is just downright annoying.
Loki is sitting on a log on the outskirts of the camp, glaring daggers at the woman who apparently brought them all here. He is completely still save for his left hand picking at the palm of his right. Violence outside of pokemon battle seems to be completely foreign to this world, but the look in his eye says he would very much like to introduce it in his moment.
He speaks when approached, though his murderous focus stays on the 'scientist.'
"Has anyone found a way to contact our proper time? Outside of this woman's ravings, that is."
Patrol
The night is peaceful here as Loki makes his way through the underbrush with his new friend. Both him and his pokemon move quietly, barely disturbing a leaf or twig as they do.
This, of course, makes for prime shenanigans. If you happen to find yourself out this late, you may feel the faint scratch of something at your back...Turning will reveal Loki in his new clothes wearing a scary looking mask he probably made out of some fallen tree bark.
"Boo."

Someone was clearly not ready for shenanigans.
"... H-Huh? Who's there?"

"The spirit of the forest!" His voice comes out a raspy baritone. "Who intrudes in my domain?"
no subject
... Though he's starting to get an inkling. He squints.
"You don't look like a Pokémon..."

Arrival
"As far as I'm aware, no. Not to mention, there's no way of knowing yet whether we'll be returned to exactly the same moment or not."
In other words, it's not impossible that the fact that they were gone wouldn't even be noticed, depending on how, precisely, the machine works. Or fails to work. Who can say, at this point?
no subject
[He's only known these little things for a couple weeks and already if something happened to them he would kill everyone in this room.]
no subject
He gives a slight shrug.
"If it's just a short time, like when someone will on occasion fall unconscious for a week or so, perhaps nothing. Most Pokemon seem to be able to fend for themselves or retreat to their balls as needed in such circumstances. If it's longer, then other people may look after them, or some might even choose to return to the wild.
"However, I doubt the sudden disappearance of so many people--including both several who one businesses, as well as Aurora League gym leaders--would go unnoticed. So most likely, at worst, any Pokemon that cannot fend for themselves for a time will be returned to their balls, and possibly then placed in the PC storage for safekeeping, if possible."
If Sion's bothered by these recent events, he's certainly showing little enough outward sign of it. Then again, he's used to such things as having to be pleasant when speaking to people he loathes, so he's quite good at concealing his feelings.

Arrival
[Radley is also furious and has just barely calmed down from a screaming fit at Cara.]
I don't even know if it's possible. I wish so much it was. I don't know how my Pokemon, or others', are going to stand this!
[If they were there, he could handle this so much better. It's the worry about them that upsets him the most.]

But he does turn around. All six foot something, blond hair, and sunglasses. (In the middle of the night?) His voice is soft and deadpan with a Texan drawl.
"Alright. What's all this about? Are you supposed to be a ghost or we doing a murderer in the forest sort of deal? And what's with the mask? You got a tragic backstory where you fell into a campfire or something?"

A small Hisuian Zorua pokes his head out from behind Loki's leg, giving Dave a friendly yip.
patrol
"I suppose this amuses you," he says, flat and unaffected as usual. Not a very good target for surprises, it seems.

Loki's new Zorua pokes a head out from behind his legs, having apparently been trying to add ambiance with his ghostly tail and mane.
no subject
He glances down at the Zorua. He's seen one of these before, but it's the wrong colour entirely...and it seems too...ethereal to be one of those off-colours that other humans (and Jarlaxle) seem to adore.
"That is an odd creature you have there," he says, after observing it a moment. "It is much unlike its distant cousins, back in our proper time. Its coloration is much changed, for a start." Not to mention its composition....

arrival
It's almost like they're friends or something.

Anyways, Loki looks Stressed (tm) and has a red and white ghost fox rubbing up against his legs. It seems this new pokemon isn't put off at all by the murderous aura he's exuding.
"Hubert, I don't know if I'm more or less pleased to see you here. Are you alright?"

arrival
"I dunno about proper time; showing up then or now, the proper time is back home." She flops down onto a nearby stump.
Loki looks fuckwithable, and it's hard to resist.

Does no one around startle?

Mmm, maybe some? Unfortunately, however, you got me this time, and I like scary things.
