[...yeah, so it's been a long week for everyone dealing with Team Skull, but Tarrlok has sort of... well. It would be one thing if he had any political power in this world, but he's really just stuck trying to call the police on them when he sees them causing trouble, which is... uh... not really working out as well as he'd hope.

...and of course, his favorite spa's gotten tagged with some sort of skull insignia, so you know. Maybe he should talk about it. Ask for advice. Provide a call to action. Something.]

So we seem to have been hit with a plague of irritating misdemeanors recently, and despite the perpetrators' apparent incompetence, law enforcement hasn't been as helpful as I would've hoped, so... I suppose we should really figure out how to properly deal with all this. I... suppose it's not a very pressing matter, given that this seems to be more of a nuisance than anything else, but I think it'd be better to nip it in the bud than to let it fester and see them end up any worse.

So, I suppose I ought to ask first if anyone has figured out if there are any actual motivations at play here, or if they're just ---

For the most part they are, there are a few cases were they have been a threat though. It's just that these idiots remind me of folks back home and how damn annoying they are to deal with.

Well, if their spray paint was gone, they couldn't do the one thing that they seem competent at, which is spraying their insignia everywhere.

So really, it'd be a significant blow to their morale and capabilities.

Oh, well, of course I can! The spa just to the east of the Pokemon Center happens to have a shop attached where you can buy all their products for your own use, plus some hair care products and some other assorted goods. It's actually very reasonably priced for the quality.

Well, I'm sure I'd be considered new to a lot of people since I only showed up here at the beginning of the month, but... I think a month ended up being enough time to hit the point where I could take care of them.

Not to hit the point where I could apprehend them, though.

Well, I'm glad things are mostly fine. At the very least, they're a lot less competent than the people I'm familiar with back home, so that's... something.

Oh, no, I definitely won in a battle with them. They were absolutely no trouble whatsoever outside of the fact that they immediately ran away and I couldn't apprehend them, which... I'm not proud of, but it seems like escaping is their only real skill.

Well, I haven't either, but the locals don't seem to have a good idea of what's going on either. I'm not sure if it's comforting or not that they're as in the dark as we are, honestly.

I suppose it could be like how there are different dog and cat breeds...?
