[...yeah, so it's been a long week for everyone dealing with Team Skull, but Tarrlok has sort of... well. It would be one thing if he had any political power in this world, but he's really just stuck trying to call the police on them when he sees them causing trouble, which is... uh... not really working out as well as he'd hope.

...and of course, his favorite spa's gotten tagged with some sort of skull insignia, so you know. Maybe he should talk about it. Ask for advice. Provide a call to action. Something.]

So we seem to have been hit with a plague of irritating misdemeanors recently, and despite the perpetrators' apparent incompetence, law enforcement hasn't been as helpful as I would've hoped, so... I suppose we should really figure out how to properly deal with all this. I... suppose it's not a very pressing matter, given that this seems to be more of a nuisance than anything else, but I think it'd be better to nip it in the bud than to let it fester and see them end up any worse.

So, I suppose I ought to ask first if anyone has figured out if there are any actual motivations at play here, or if they're just ---

If nothing else, they weren't really an actual problem in terms of battling them. I think I almost had a tougher time with that one kid's Rattata.

Though depending on the pokemon's temperament, most will hesitate to use attacks against humans. You'd have to train them as to under what circumstances it's acceptable to do so.
