No, no, they do update their curriculum to match the times but history is a rather important part of the magical community. So having individuals around that lived during those times is quite nice.

...Learning the names of the kings of Baron in chronological order would surely have been more pleasant, had my tutor known them well enough to share personal anecdotes. The opportunity to learn from one who has lived through history is certainly priceless.

Special disks that allow you to teach additional moves to compatible Pokémon. There's more of those than you'd imagine, too; who would expect a ghost plush toy to throw thunderbolts in battle?

They do, yes, but Milotics are far calmer than Gyarados. Their abilities are more defensive, too; should a Gyarados act out, they can help counter its rage.

It made history classes much easier to bear, I will say that much. Not many students agreed but I found it particularly interesting. Not as interesting as care of magical creatures but it was good information to have all the same.

Technically speaking, we don't even need to have the gym open for as many hours or days as we do as it is. However, it would certainly require us both to be on duty at the same time, and lessen the amount of time we can spend on other matters.

I've not sighted any other trainer with Mudbray, but that may simply be because they've not been appreciated for the magnificent beings they are.

...And, yes. I still fall to calling them the same tongue as the beings of my land, I'm afraid to say. A lifetime of fighting them known as that is not to change in but a few months - or even years.
