It is coming up on Valentine's again, isn't it? I always forget about it until here it is, in all of it's...everything.

Though I've always felt it odd, to have a holiday devoted to something personal and intimate that's celebrated in small ways every day.

I got a friend; they're like, my best friend in this place. We've been hanging out loads, our Pokemon adore each other and I even live like, right next to him now. But lately I think I've been feeling differently towards him. There's times when I drop by and we hang out and I'm like - I like being close to my friends and all that sort of thing, but I found myself wanting to be closer to him. Like, to have my arm around him when we're hanging out all the time. And sometimes there's times where he just, suddenly looks amazing?? The only people I've ever trusted more are my dad and my aunt! And my Pokemon but that's like a super different thing.

It's just that. We're from really different worlds. Not just literally, but like. If we were in the same world, we'd never make eye contact sort of thing. It just feels like this is something...like, he's meant to be something really grand and important in his world. He's a big deal, destined for it and all that. And I'm the complete opposite of that.
