Event: The Reveal Glass

Across the Pokémon world, characters may have spotted a falling star last night. Or at least, one would think that's what it was: a naturally occurring phenomenon, rather than a legendary artifact. Specifically, the Reveal Glass fell to earth during a fight among a group of legendaries started by the return of a long-lost family member. But it's probably best to leave them to handle all that themselves, while your characters deal with other consequences.
The Reveal Glass shattered upon impact, and the shards scattered throughout Kanto, Johto, and the Sevii Islands… And made their way into the hearts of your characters. But bleeding isn't the concern here. Instead, the impact will hit when a character first looks into any reflective service. An eerie feeling hits them as they're transported to the Mirror Dimension.
While this realm can be many different things for different characters, one thing is always true: It is a place of honesty, where true selves are revealed. Those struck by a shard will find themselves facing truths they are no longer able to hide, and now must accept. Fortunately enough, even those who haven't been struck will be able to enter the Mirror Dimension during this event via a reflective surface to offer help. By the end of the 29th, things will return to normal. Characters will be back in the usual Pokémon world and their hearts will be rid of the shards, but time is strange in the Mirror Dimension, and the experience may feel like it goes on far longer than a day. Or, maybe that's just the emotional exhaustion.
The Reveal Glass plot is here. You can swing by the event info post for additional details and FAQ, and play out your characters’ enforced therapy on this post. As with most VR events, this plot is entirely optional and your characters don't need to take part at all.
Bo-Katan Kryze | OTA
A very dark place and largely empty. The only thing in her corner of Mirror Dimension is a stone throne. The only light coming from flames that are burning behind it. The throne is cracked in several places and she sits hunched over as if in despair.
Bo-Katan herself is wearing armor, though it looks different. Her left side is her usual armor, but her right is shiny and unpainted much like Mando’s. The signet of the Mudhorn on her right pauldron. However, both sides are worn and battle damaged. Dents, cracks, and scratches litter the beskar. Her helmet at her feet in the same condition. Instead of her hair being its usual fiery red, it’s turned grey. Age seeming to have taken a grip on her. On top of that, blood is spattered all over her. Even leaving trails from her eyes and down her cheeks even though she’s not visibly crying. In fact if anyone approaches she will just look at them with a cold, vacant look.
“What do you want?”
Re: Bo-Katan Kryze | OTA
By this point he knows what this place is and what it does, but this is still a complete shock.

“You’ll have to be more specific.”
Because it’s… it’s a lot.

He remembers things she's told, others she's hinted at. Does she feel this old inside? Is that why she looks it? He can certainly understand that feeling.
no subject
She wouldn’t even know where to start, her life is one long story of endless tragedy.

“Huh, oh gee… What just happened in here?” Harry meekly asks her while in shock as he tries to hold back the tears, “It looks like you just went through a rough time.”
no subject
“This?” She looks around and waves at the dark and empty surroundings. “This is my life.”
She didn’t like to admit it but it was an accurate depiction of how she felt, what was in her head. All the things she tried to hide and sometimes failed to. But this place had a way of drawing the truth from her. If asked the right questions.
no subject
“Ah okay. I, um, I know that is very tough for one person to have been through so much hardship and pain for a good chunk of their life,” he does his best to sympathize with her while struggling to find the right words to say at this time, “It, it, it almost reminds me of what I have to struggle and deal with back in my world. A major conflict tore my community apart and many lives were lost as the result.”
no subject
“It’s made me who I am,” she says plainly. Whether it’s a good or bad thing she’s not sure. Maybe some of both.
“My people have faced many such conflicts, some that I participated in or even caused. If you can’t handle hearing about that then you should leave.”
no subject
All he wants to do right now is to reach out to her and lend her his ears. He has already known by now that some of the adults he knew in his world (like Snape and Dumbledore) did a bunch of questionable things in the past despite being decent people in their own way and he himself too did commit some of his own questionable acts as well.
“Oh no. I’m not ready to leave just yet. I can handle what tales you are about to tell to me. Trust me, I’m willing to listen.”

Her words stop him in his tracks, however. He isn't the type to typically push himself into situations he isn't wanted, but whatever this is...
It's bad enough he can't just leave.
"I thought..." Min falters, swallowing before starting again. "I wanted to see if you were okay."
She isn't. Obviously. But maybe it will prompt her to explain.
no subject
Something about this place she found herself in had a way of drawing the truth out of her, whether she liked it or not. She hates it actually. It made her vulnerable, it made her look weak.
She looks down, wringing her hands a bit.
“I don’t know that I will ever be.”
no subject
"You will be," he says quickly, more because it's the right thing to say than because he believes it. He has to search a moment for something more sincere. "Or you could be. Hiding stuff isn't good for you. Sometimes it seems like it's easier, but it's not. Not really."
no subject
“You don’t know that.”
She looks at him with a hard look. How can he possibly know if she would be okay?
“Maybe. It’s what I’ve always done to protect myself. It works, especially in my position. But I’ve also always been alone.”

When the mirror grabbed Bo, Mando had blindly charged in after her. No creepy mirror is taking his friend away! What he didn't expect was the throne room, and older, colder Bo.
"You're wearing a Mudhorn sigil."
no subject
“Is that a problem?”
She looks back at him with en even stare.
no subject
It's not a problem in the slightest.
"It's just a surprise." He turns his shoulder towards her, showing her his own Mudhorn sigil. "I thought Grogu and I were a clan of two."
no subject
"You are."
Bo-Katan doesn't wear it outwardly after all. Not outside of this place.
"I was just... hoping. But then you left. It was foolish of me."
no subject
He might not be a full-blooded Mandalorian, but Mando knows how sigils work. He had to wait almost forty years to get one, so he's well-versed in their lore.
"Where did I go?"

you get BOTH my dinguses today
Fortunately, he knows how to suck up and kowtow to authority.
"Apologies, ma'am." He drops his head in a little half bow. "I didn't mean to disturb you. I'll just be on my way."
no subject
"Fine. Get out of here."
Bo-Katan has no reason to stop him after all.
no subject
So he stops, straightens his spine, and meets her eyes dead-on. "What are you doing here, anyway?"
no subject
"A good question. I'm not sure."
Her hand then reaches for her breastplate. Her hand grasping over her heart, as if something ached.
"Yet I feel like I've always been here."

He's not sure where he's ended up but he does see that woman who helped him with her daughter. Just somewhat... older. When Bo turns to him, Jotaro simply gives a shrug, showing off his bloody hands too.
"Just looking for a way out of here... wherever here is." He puts his hands back in his pockets. "What happened to this place?"
