[It's Cecil's voice speaking, but his face isn't anywhere near the camera. Instead, the video shows a pan filled with pudding. Pudding that looks like it contains enough food dye to poison a man, all mixed together into some sort of eye-searing slurry, but pudding still.]

Is this recognizable as rainbow pudding in any way, shape or form? The... separation between the colors is not quite as clear as I'd hoped it would be.

Oh, but the closest this world has to Flans is the Grimers, and I'd never attempt to harvest anything edible off them.

What I mean by flan is a type of pudding, a edible one that you cook. It's a shaped pudding with caramel sauce on top.

Ah, yes, I've eaten that before. In my world, both the monster and the dessert have common origins, but I suppose from your reaction that it's not the case with yours.

And not one that causes problems in most situations, thankfully. I've yet to be served a living monster in taverns. Then again, considering the worth of a true rainbow pudding, it's in the tavern owners' best interest to serve the proper meal.

It probably is. Most restaurants back home would get roasted over the fact that they serve sub-par food, or prepared wrong.

Well, as far as themed heroics go, they could have chosen far worse than food. Are superheroes common in your world?

For as long as I can remember, Superheroes have been a thing, both in real life and shows. I grew up wanting to be one actually.

Well, you have to be chosen for Precure. And then depends on the Sentai heroes. Determination helps at least with Precure.

Chosen, you say... I imagine that choice is based on multiple criteria along with determination, but fulfilling them could be difficult depending on whether or not they are publicly known...

Some recruit, others just form together through friends or convenience, it really depends on the team.

There are few better reasons to start friendships. Especially if said friendships become strong enough to continue even when heroics are unnecessary.

Cure Blossom is the second Pretty Cure in my generation to be a legacy Hero, her grandmother was one. And then there was several Super Sentai who were entire families.

That's wonderful! Children should not be pressured to follow in their parents' footsteps, of course, but a family choosing to fight evil side by side... Few enemies can stand against such strength.
