[He then puts his left hand on his chin, which if she manage to see his wrist, she may notice a watch with a strange marble stone attached to it under his sleeve.]

And judging by your description about Kalos, it really reminds me of France, especially Paris.

[Though, he starts to wonder about the said large tower that Lillie just mentioned. He knows that it's somehow similar to Paris's Eifel Tower, but he feels it's something else entirely.]

It must be similar locations between our two worlds...

[Lillie trailed off as she noticed his watch, and she said,] That stone, that stone you're wearing on your wrist, that's not a normal stone is it?

[It's not a Z Crystal, its... is it a Megastone?]

[If Lillie takes a closer look, the multi-colored stone is just a size of a marble with a DNA-like symbol in the middle.

Augustine, on the other hand, looks at his watch after she notices it.]

Oh, this? I've just found this stone a few months ago. Although I have to agree that it is a strange due to its pattern in the middle of it. Why do you ask?

I... I've never seen one close up but... I'm pretty sure that's a Mega Stone of some sort.

It causes a higher temporary evolution in Pokemon, and the Professor was researching it. It might mean you are really connected to him.

[He did know about Pokemon from Krim, but...]

[Also, he then starts to wonder who is this "Professor Sycamore" really is. She did say he's very similar to him when it comes to appearances, yet he haven't really what kind of person he really is.]

Pokemon can evolve throughout their stages in life. The stronger it becomes, the further the advancement of forms it gains. The Mega Stone unlocks a fourth stage of evolution, a temporary height of power between trainer and Pokemon.

[Lillie tapped her lip in thought, gazing at the stone.] It looks very similar to one, that's for sure.

[If he remembers, his dragon was originally a small dragon creature called Gible. He didn't believe it at first, but since Modeste remembered it as well, he feels that it really is her species's first stage.]

I see, just like the evolutions every living being has to undergo for many centuries.

[He then looks at the stone on his watch after Lillie stares at it.]

A Mega Stone? So is this what's it called then?

That's right, I'm sure of it now.

[She nodded, making a tapping motion on her wrist.]

I'm almost 100% certain that's a Mega Stone. It looks too close to one, and I'm sure it's not a Alola Z-Crystal. Same idea though, different concept.

[Well, the stone Augustine has is a Key Stone, but due to having no memories about it, he agrees to what Lilie just explained to him. Now that he thinks about it, with this information, he wonders if another vision would come to him right now.

But as he waited and waited, he notices that nothing has come up in his head for a while.]

I see.

[Yet when he taps his stone on his wrist, nothing happens.]

Guess I'm doing it wrong then.

Then what is this Z-Crystal you've mentioned?

[Considering Lillie's never seen an actual Mega Stone close up, it would be easy for her to mistake it like she did, although she said almost. She nodded at his question though.]

Maybe it'll come in time.

A Z-Crystal is a crystal set in a bracelet, and given to trainers who complete the Challenges in Alola's islands. To defeat a Kahuna, and earn the respect of the Island Challenges is a great honor, and the Z-Crystal enables a great power known as Z-Moves.

These Z-Moves empower a Pokemon and trainer, and in tandem, perform a powerful hidden move.

[Well, it's a start of using Mega Evolution for his current self.]

So if I can understand, these Z-Crystals do not only serve as trophies for beating these "Kahunas", but they also allow them to use "Z-Moves" with your Pokemon, right?

[snowlillie]

That's right. Z-Moves draw out the bond between Pokemon and Trainer, and with it, you can unleash the strongest powers of a Pokemon without Mega Evolution.

I think I understand.

[Despite that this might sound like a story, he can tell that this "Z-Move" might have a price of using this powerful move.]

Did you use Z-Move or own a Z-Crystal before?

[snowlillie]

No, I never attempted the trials actually. Two of my friends however have obtained Z-Crystals from two of the kahunas however. Kiwae has a fire Z-Crystal which he earned from his own trial, and Ash earned his Z-Crystal from Hala, the island Kahuna of Melemele Island. That's where I live actually.

[That makes sense since she looks like an ojou-sama-type of a girl from her appearance.

But when she mentioned "Ash", he felt a strange familiarity with that name. Yet like before, he can't even remember or have any vision about him, which is strange since he sometimes get them back at Recolle.]

I see. I hope we might get back home soon. Besides, my friend tends to be a worrywart when it comes to strange occurrences like my disappearance.

[Lillie was the most ojou-sama-type of all, at least in her appearance with her light skin, blonde hair and white dress. Fortunately she didn't act like an ojou-sama.

She nodded, biting her lip.]

Mine too. I was headed for Pokemon School this morning after stopping by the malasada shop.

[That's really sad for him to hear that. While he is still wondering about the Pokemon School, he still can't believe a young girl like would get yanked out from her world and dropped her in this strange new one.]

Well, you said about "Ash" and "Kiawe", can you tell more about them?

[snowlillie]

Sure. Kiwae is a resident of Akala Island who comes to school every day. He and his family own a farm where he provides fresh milk to the residents all across the four islands every morning. He's very dedicated to his Pokemon and holds them in high respect, as with the traditions therein.

Ash is a visitor from Kanto, Pallet Town actually. He's traveled all across the world to various regions; Johto, Sinnoh, Houen, Kalos and Unova, and has won badges in all areas. Right now, he's learning about Alola at the Pokemon School with us, and manages to keep astride of our traditions.

I have more friends and classmates too actually, at the school. We all live on Melemele.

[Judging by this, he can tell that she made some good friends back home. And even if he still wondering about a boy named "Ash", he is impressed at his achievements despite having no knowledge of what she meant by "badges".]

That's great to hear. I hope I can meet them in the near future.

[Despite a few flaws regarding that promise, he hopes that it will happen.

But just before they can continue their conversation, Augustine suddenly realizes something as he takes out his Poke Ball.]

Oh, right. I need to take Modeste out for a while. I feel that she's might be mad for letting her coop up in this ball any longer.

That's probably a good idea. You want to let your Pokemon stretch their legs every so often.

[She takes a noticeable step backwards. She didn't want to get frightened by whatever popped out.]

[What Lillie doesn't know is that once he tosses the Poke Ball, she will see a dark blue dragon released from it.]

Hello, Modeste.

[He then pats on the dragon's head, much to her delight.]

Lillie, this is Modeste. I hope you don't mind her ferocious appearance.

[snowlillie]

No, no, I like it. That's a Garchomp actually, a Pokemon mostly found in the Sinnoh and Kalos regions.

[No doubt about it. This was the professor. Somehow he might have lost his memory though... Lillie looked the both of them over and smiled.]

You two look good together as friends.

A Garchomp, eh? I did remember from one of my visions that she was a creature called a Gible.

[Augustine then smiles at her for her compliment.]

I'm really grateful to hear that. I just got here by a package back home a few months ago. She does have amnesia, but for some reason, she manages to recognize me despite I haven't seen her before. Or her species for that manner.

[And without any warning, his Garchomp then starts to approach Lillie, hoping to give her a nuzzle as a way to show her friendliness to her.]

That's... really bizarre but I think I get what you're saying. So you get stuff from other worlds, or similar things and hmm...

I can--ERK! [Lillie froze up at the nuzzle, her phobia kicking into high gear as she falls over.]

[Usually, he doesn't mind Modeste nuzzled any new face she meets, but after seeing Lillie falls over, he realizes that he might set some limits to this.]

Okay, Modeste. That's enough!

[His Garchomp then stops nuzzling her, confused at what happened while Augustine then checks on her.]
