I am looking for ideas for adventure, I... came to the mountains, they are breathtaking, truly.
And I think I would like to see more.
So. Let me ask this.
What was the most beautiful thing you have seen in this new world of ours?

miss the mountains
but the city's good too
more busy

I have never seen Goldenrod from such an angle. It is very pretty. But I spent a great deal of time there already. I want to see something new.

Wasn't it magnificent, smelling that ocean air for the first time?Where did you first see it? The channel in New Bark Town doesn't count.

I saw it in Olivine, and it was the most water I'd ever seen. Where I come from is landlocked, all we had was lakes.

The other beach was the one on the outskits of Cainwood. That was different. I found a quiet place with driftwood on the waves and other some birds for company. It was very peaceful. I could watch the others further down the beach but be alone.

The mountains are actually really nice too
if you're not actually lost in them. That part's less nice.
And away from the cliffy parts.

Yes I...
Imagine that would be a good idea, avoiding the cliffs.
This journey has been very strenuous but the sights it has revealed to me are magnificent, to say the least.
Which ones have you seen?

[Understatement of the year.]
If you can tolerate the cold, there's always the Ice Cave. The way it sparkles at the slightest touch of light... It's breathtaking.

Some people get moon prom
Others get ambushed by rockets.
I understand.
The Ice Cave you are referring to is outside of Blackthorn, yes?
If so, I just departed there on my way into the city.
It was magnificent. I think once I am rested again (and before I leave for my next adventure), I might do a little more exploring.

It's surely a sight.]
I know someone else mentioned the moon prom, and uh I just had to share this photo.
Honestly there's so many beautiful things about this place, it's kind of hard for me to list them

Remind me to beg the gods for a more picturesque prom this year.
Or at least one without Rockets.
What was it like, being up there?

It was like a dream... but everything was very real. There was so much to do, and so many people and Pokemon were there, more then I've ever seen before.
I dont think I'll ever forget how amazing it was.

But I guess if I had to pick something specific, I was in Olivine during my first anniversary of coming here.
And something about the sky that day, man.
I went to the highest point in the city I could and got up on a roof just to look at the sunset across the harbor. Seen plenty of pretty sunsets since then but none as pretty as that one.

A lot of people keep saying Olivine.Perhaps I just didn't spend enough time there.
Maybe I'll make it back again soon.
I don't know if I would be any good at climbing up on a roof though.

And a lot of Pokemon to meet. I've seen some I hadn't seen anywhere else in Kanto or Johto.

My friends and I visited briefly. It was my friend's birthday, though. We never drifted far from the shore and the festivities.
Maybe I will go back. A little sun couldn't hurt anything.
I know the last time we met was far from pleasant, but if you feel comfortable sharing in my company again, perhaps we could explore together.
I recall offering you a picnic of some sort.

And this HUGE whale just rose up out of the water. Like was making waves while he was just cruising along top speed! It was AMAZING!
But even more amazing? For real? There was a tiny little skitty on it's back. I mean what the hell man!? What's their story? I wanted to go after them but I can't surf on my pokemon yet!
It was fucking majestic.

Ice Path's a pain, but if you don't mind getting stuck in caves, there's another option. Your prize for suffering through it's the hotsprings in Blackthorn. Pretty convenient this time of year.
I could probably think up some more, too. Honestly, both regions have their ups and downs.
no subject
I have not.
Jack talked about it a little, but I decided not to join him.
What can I find there?
I am actually in Blackthorn right now. I will have to go check on the springs when I can spare a moment.
Thank you!
