4th Match // [video / action] Route 38 (November 1st)

[Today's video is focused on a Blaziken - the tall bird is reclining peacefully on the ground not too far from what seems to be a road, head propped on one hand-like claw, and very patiently tolerating a small yellow Charmander using it as a living climbing structure.

The Blaziken only moves when the Charmander starts to wobble, reaching out to steady it with its free claw.

The touching scene is sadly interrupted when the guy behind the camera speaks up, his voice a grumbling yet concerned growl:]

Torch dragons are orange. Is this one sick?

[Even if it's a giant egg with a Pokemon in it, clearly all eggs come from the store in cities like this - that's what she's thinking, head tilted.]

Don't want to eat monster eggs.

[...Which actually begs the question of, "but then what kinds of eggs does one find in a grocery store on this crazy planet?" but that is also a question for a different time. Probably.

He shrugs again before continuing:]

[She pauses to give that a decent amount of thought, looking up as she does the math in her head. Budgeting is actually really easy for this kid.]

'S a big city. Not where I grew up, but...I moved there.

[Sort of. Kind of. It's not like there was anything to really go home to. She looks a little wan for a moment, thinking about it.]
