It's Midsummer! Traditional festivities in Azalea are all in full swing, and this year even bigger and better than ever, thanks to the influx of curious tourists and Legendary Seekers drawn by the rumors in hopes of catching a glimpse of the elusive Celebi. Everyone in Azalea is putting out their finest, and the whole town is decked out with flowers in vases and pots, colorful streamers, and bright awnings under which vendors hawk their wares.

The fun doesn't stop there, however. Those time disturbances that have been popping up all over the place? They've become at once more localized and more benign. Flowers open quickly and stay in bloom without fading, a blissful moment seems to stretch into eternity, somehow you've managed to sample the food of a dozen different booths and it still is barely mid-morning. It's like a perfect moment somehow drawn out, suspended in time to savor as long as possible. Those who have a particularly fun few minutes may even find them repeated a few times!

Which perhaps should be no surprise, given that Celebi itself has come out to play! If you're lucky and paying close attention, you might even catch a glimpse of it flitting about from one place to another throughout the town and the nearby forest. It certainly isn't shy, though it is moving quite quickly and doing anything but staying in one place. Anybody who might attempt to catch or challenge it to a battle isn’t going to get anywhere at all—and stubborn trainers might find themselves stuck in a time loop for a few hours. There's simply so much to see and do, after all! Strangely enough, if any of the Legend Seekers are around, Celebi never seems to be anywhere to be found.

Eventually, though, the long day will come to an end, and the festivities with it. By morning, all the hubbub will be gone, and Celebi with it. But not quite without a trace: anyone who came to Azalea Town to participate in the festival will find in their belongings a single fossil as a parting gift from the Time Travel Pokémon.

[One thing that Tony loves about this world is that it offers anything that reminds him of his (former) spy job. Namely about the climbing and zip lining that reminds him some of his awesome missions. And even offering the chance to get a glimpse of a Pokemon he never heard about also gives him the energy to do some adventurous time in the Adventure Park.

In fact, if you're just climbing or zip lining by, you can see him screaming at the top of his lungs while doing those stuff.]

[Whether if he's doing this just to relieve his travel dilemmas involving a time distortion problem or not is up to you. Just watch out if he bumps (or crashes) into you.]

Careful there, trees don't care much about kings!

[Cue an inevitable crash if he doesn't dodge by a second now.]

[Better to be crashed into than to risk letting a kid crash into a tree instead, right?]

[At least one of Ash's arms is not enjoying the party anymore, though.]

[Whoops is right once he crashes onto him. Thankfully with his great agility, he managed to swing himself back up as well helping Ash recover from that accident.]

It's alright, I've had much worse before.

[Can't really compare a minor crash with a nearly fatal mobile suit destruction.]

Are you fine, though? I'm not sure these setups are 100% safe.

I still can't believe they let 11-year-olds here for free. This is got to be the best day of my life now!

I guess all that sweet future revenue from happy tourists is worth the loss today. That, or they have an arrangement with the food stalls and they're trying to make us hungry.

[If that's their plan, it's working.]

Do you have something like that back home?

[Don't remind him about the food stalls. Thinking about it makes him even more hungry.]

Yeah, except most of them only allow 13-years-old and up.

[Great, now he's having bad memories about them along with that movie he can't watch.]

...Kids are surprisingly sturdy at thirteen, I'll admit, but this isn't something I'd consider dangerous for someone your age.

[Considering what his family tends to do in their early teens- Nope, not going there today.]

Good point. But I'm not only just denied because of my age, but also my height as well.

I mean, do they even allow a small kid like me in a bumper car ride?!

[Wow, talk about a denial trip to memory lane there, T.]

Oh, yeah, that would be a problem, and not one easily fixed with a fake ID or an adult willing to lie. Can't do much other than hope you get a nice growth spurt.

At least this park accepts little kids like me.

They do allow children as young as ten to travel by themselves. It makes sense that they would allow them access to most activities, too.

At least they allow kids by age, not by height.

[Alright, he might have talked about age and height for too long now.]

Anyway... What are you in this festival?

I'm just enjoying the atmosphere. Everywhere else is likely to be quiet and boring right now, so I thought I might as well participate.

Same here. Although, I would have enjoy it better if it wasn't for that strange time-wimey craziness when I got here.

I don't think it's that bad. Or at least, not as bad as this world can get on its worst days.

True, but it did ruin Noise's sleeping habits. I have to calm him down before I even get here.

[And while he is still with him in his Poke Ball, Tony feels that letting him out means he will get all bat cranky on him.]

Seriously? Man, that's bad. Do you think he'll be okay once everything returns to normal?

[It's a good point, too. This can't be good for every Pokémon species...]

After a few days of sleep when this is over with, I think he can recover.

The question is why is time suddenly gone all wonky?

[To be honest, this is way too weird by his standards.]

It's because of that Legendary Pokémon, or so the rumors say. As far as theories go, it's not the least likely.

[If anything, it's the least ridiculous.]

Legendary Pokemon? Why did they call them that? What's so legendary about them?

The legends.

That, and they're extremely rare. Possibly unique, even.

O...kay... You might explain this a little more detail that doesn't sound so vague to me.
