[So, (un)fortunately for Fordola's pokemon, their desire for help is answered. By a gigantic canine beast galloping at full speed towards Fordola and the opposing pokemon. At near eleven feet tall, she's taller than most beast tribes besides the Amal'jaa or Ixali, with massive clawed hands and snarling teeth.

Truly, Naeva only means to intercede, placing herself between blade and Pokemon to stop the fight before it escalates. She's intending to scare the wild pokemon away, but she hasn't really considered how this will come off to the lady with a literal sword fighting the pokemon.

Her voice is a bestial, gutteral roar when she speaks.]

[ For a moment, Fordola mistakes the roar for a Lupin. But as she turns on her heels, facing the other, she realises her mistake.

But she does not realise the other mistake she's about to make, her blade now aimed at the other. A snarl on her lips, but a bit of a smirk, as her Resonant eye pulses. ] Finally. A fittin' challenge.

[Naeva was, somehow, unprepared to be attacked with a sword in the result of this, so it takes her a moment to catch on to what's happened. Unfortunately, bleeding doesn't...seem to phase her much, besides total confusion.

Might be why she's trying to grab the blade with her hand. Being technically already dead means sometimes being a moron.]
