A small mouse-creature? How curious! Jarlaxle has already had to defend his purse from the tiny fox creatures--had in fact caught one in the process.

He holds out his hand for the mouse-creature to sniff.

Turning on the charm, she'll bring mischief on the next tag!

The fluffy ears flick at his offer, tiny black nose twitching as she sniffs at the dark hand, a little paw coming up to hold him still. There's a slow nudge as she grows more confident, carefully keeping track of her companion, but inching forwards bit by bit, tiny little claws finding purchase on the couch's velvety fabric and scrambling atop it, just within his reach. She chirps a little rolling sound, plopping down just a little closer each time.

An arm's length. To the forearm. To his elbow. She scrambles along again to the back of the couch, to be better level with his eyes. Here, the little critter peers at him, cooing that soft rolling noise again as her ears relax a bit, and she stretches her little chin out, asking for pats.
