"Ah. That's a shame." Right, this guy is from a weird world without guns. Poor dude.

"Do you have anything else you could hit them with? Or I could show you how to use a blaster."

Somehow, Geddoe has managed to get by despite that tragic lack.

"Nothing that needs aiming, no." He could hit them with lightning magic, sure, but that only requires concentration, not aim. "You don't have to go out of your way if I'm interrupting, though."

"Now I'm curious."

Mando steps back, letting his blaster drop to his side and gesturing with his other hand. "I'd like to see it, if you don't mind."

He's got plenty of cans stashed away if Geddoe destroys all of them doing whatever it is he's about to do.

Geddoe probably should have seen that coming. So there's a hint of amusement in his resigned sigh.

"All right..."

He doesn't bother telling him to stand back or anything; there's no need. Instead, after first glancing at the cans that are set up and mentally noting what he wants to hit, he goes quiet, focusing for a few seconds. Then he raises his left hand--despite the glove, it's possible to see a hint of light radiating from it--and a crackling mass of lightning forms above it. Then that lightning splits into dozens of smaller globes that split and streak at the various cans, trailing an afterimage of light in their wake.

Suffice it to say, he's easily able to hit every can he's set his sights on. Multiple-target spells are terribly convenient like that.
