Pretty much anything goes. Doors open to where they're not supposed to go, people pop up just for the weekend and disappear, those with powers or non-human forms get them back.... It's a bizarre time, like something out of a dream. Last time, a guy showed up in my closet.

I don't think so. People have just told me it happens in May and November. Maybe they said it's always towards the end of the months, but I'm not sure on that.
