4th Match // [video / action] Route 38 (November 1st)

[Today's video is focused on a Blaziken - the tall bird is reclining peacefully on the ground not too far from what seems to be a road, head propped on one hand-like claw, and very patiently tolerating a small yellow Charmander using it as a living climbing structure.

The Blaziken only moves when the Charmander starts to wobble, reaching out to steady it with its free claw.

The touching scene is sadly interrupted when the guy behind the camera speaks up, his voice a grumbling yet concerned growl:]

Torch dragons are orange. Is this one sick?

[Krieg's memory isn't the greatest for most things, it's true, but Pokemon fascinate him, so he remembers them a lot better than he might otherwise.

....There's no way he's gonna remember Minato's names for them, though.]

[ Translating from Krieg to human briefly. He recalls Angel. She's the cute one with the cool hair who he'd seen on the comms a few times. But the other... ]

Doppelganger?

[You know. Doppelganger! Only not evil, because in a surprise twist that nobody foresaw, Handsome Jack is the evil one.]

[ Krieg...none of those names. Until the last one, anyway. He sort of works it out from that. ]

Jack...I think I've heard of him before. But it's not him?

[He shakes his head]

No! Looks like him and sounds like him, but he isn't him!

[ He doesn't got it. But it's easier to let it go. ]

I'll keep them, anyway. Are you going to use the - [ what was it? ] - torch dragon when it's better?

And, in response to Minato's question, Krieg nods his head enthusiastically.]

Yes yes yes! Just got told, it's not sick, just raaaaare!

[ Oh, like a golden Shadow! He knows this. Suddenly he's looking with a lot more interest, past Krieg at the lil' Charmander. ]

Oh, cool. I wonder if he's stronger, too...
