4th Match // [video / action] Route 38 (November 1st)

[Today's video is focused on a Blaziken - the tall bird is reclining peacefully on the ground not too far from what seems to be a road, head propped on one hand-like claw, and very patiently tolerating a small yellow Charmander using it as a living climbing structure.

The Blaziken only moves when the Charmander starts to wobble, reaching out to steady it with its free claw.

The touching scene is sadly interrupted when the guy behind the camera speaks up, his voice a grumbling yet concerned growl:]

Torch dragons are orange. Is this one sick?

[Krieg the Psycho, technically, but that's what other people call him, not what he calls himself.]

[Then ~dramatic gasp~]

It isn't some kind of super secret meaning behind it, is there?

[He laughs when she parrots his name back to him, elongated vowels and all. She seems like a Good Kid.]

I dunno. Maybe. If there is, I forgot.

Oh, I'm pretty sure you do! I can totally hear it in your voice, you so remember it!

[Because how can someone suddenly forget their own title anyway?]

[And then he pulls a complete 180 from Super Srs to laughter.]

Hmmmm...well, if you ask me? I think your title should be...!

[Wait for it....!!]

Krieeeeg the badbutt kicker! [...Yup]

[He waits for it...!

...And is not disappointed.]

PfmnahahahahahAHAHAHAH! It's a good title!

You really think so? Oh, oh! How about you pick a title for me too? I can't wait to see what you'll do for me!

Mabel Pines, Protector of Innocent Ears!

[It doesn't even take a moment's thought before he's out with that one. Even though she's so far displayed that she's not particularly good at protecting innocent ears...her own innocent ears, anyway...it can be a work in progress. Goodness knows Krieg is a work in progress, after all.]

[With that, she gave a hum to herself a little bit. Although, there was a bit of a pause, she eventually did nod to herself]

Yeah, I guess that makes sense! Although, that does depend on what kind of innocent things I am protecting!

Little kids, probably! Keep 'em safe from bad words and scary stories!

[Since her own little innocent ears seemed to be so important to her...hey, it makes sense to him!]
