[The feed shows Spinel holding a pumpkin with a carved face up to the camera.]

Soooo... what are these? I've been seeing 'em everywhere! Are they some kind of new Earth species? Are they Pokemon?

[Someone explain Earth holidays to her please.]

Hey everyone! I've got an update!

[Here, Kazuki turns on the camera, and films a charming, if somewhat dilapidated building. There are weeds growing in the yard, and the paint is peeling, but the structure itself seems solid. It's also rather out of the way-- there aren't any other homes in sight.]

Ta-dah! It's really nice, isn't it? And I just finished signing all the paperwork! To be honest, it kinda gives me the chills. I've never taken a plunge like this before. It's really exciting!

Oh, right. I've gotta clarify first-- This is where I plan to start that rest home project I was talking about the other day. Thanks to some generous donations, I was able to snap this place up without too much trouble. It's just a little bit outside of Azalea Town. And this whole plot of land is included! The soil around here is perfect for gardening, and you can't see it from here, but there's a pretty sizable lake nearby where Water Type Pokemon can hang out.

[Here, he begins to walk-and-talk, showing off the interior of the inn as he goes. The inside is dusty and forgotten, but nothing seems beyond repair. The first floor is mostly made up of a large kitchen, lounge, and dining room, while the second has several private bedrooms equipped with their own powder rooms.]

It was actually a bed and breakfast back in the day, so it's already more or less set up the way I need it to be. But since it's mostly just me doing all the dirty work, it's going to take a long time to get back into shape. I don't have the money to hire more help than I absolutely need... So I don't expect to be open for real until spring.

First things first though, I need to get my living space cleaned up and ready. Commuting between Lavender Town and Azalea isn't really doable in the long term. I hope to live her permanently once everything is up and running.

If anyone wants to lend a hand, I'd be grateful! Whether with the repairs or with running it once it's ready, I could use all the help I can get.

[As usual for Tyler's videos, the camera can't sit still, twitching gently back and forth on the spot so he has his hands free. Only this time he's wearing a dusky black dress shirt with the sleeves folded up near his elbows; he's sitting at a table in a dimly lit bar (the astute might recognise it as Fight Club, from part of a Hawlucha mural visible in the background) with a notebook laptop open in front of him - the screen is facing him, lighting him up from beneath, so all the camera sees is the Silph Co logo on the laptop and Tyler's washed out face.

As usual, he signs rather than speaks, and his hands are clearly visible. The video, and all replies he makes, are subtitled]

For those living under a rock, the Photo Contest at the Safari Zone was cancelled due to Pokemon suddenly turning aggressive, violent, and attacking everyone in sight. This affected all of the wild Pokemon, as well as any owned Pokemon that were snuck inside. So far there's no official clues as to what caused it, but I have some thoughts. Not quite a theory, but some notes that I thought people might be interested in.

Anyone who came to Sinnoh may, or may not, remember the news article that played while we were stuck from delays. Though I rather doubt people paid much attention to it, here's the important part.

[He turns the laptop around then, and the camera focuses on the screen to show off a snippet of a news video - specifically the portion that shows home footage from within the studio of the Chimchar going, for lack of a better word, totally apeshit. When the newsreporter comes back on, he taps pause and turns his laptop again.]

A Chimchar randomly turning aggressive and injuring four people that tried to stop it. This is what we in the industry call foreshadowing. [Rather than sign, he fingerspells the whole word out.] It's also why I went to the Photo Contest with a video camera - because just before three fifty, this showed up.

[He taps his laptop, turns it again, and the camera zooms in on the footage: a timestamped video of the plains zone. It seems perfectly mundane and peaceful, until a thin fog drifts across the screen, just for a second or two - and then the herd of Rapidash and Tauros in the distance go wild, and start screaming and rampaging. Tyler pauses the video, and the camera turns to him again.]

Which leads me to presume, with utmost confidence, that this event is going to happen again in the near future. Probably at some kind of major social gathering, the same way the Dynamax-ing happened at prom.
