The camera's angle is a little odd, as if the person holding it doesn't have much experience with filming. After a few seconds of this and the view tilting back and forth, it pulls back sharply to reveal a dark-skinned man in leather armor with a ridiculous hat, fishing for something bright green and many-legged among the branches. ]
I think I almost have him… [the man in the tree says, half to himself and half to the other one filming this.
It's at this point that the tree branch breaks and both Jarlaxle and a Spinarak tumble to the ground together, landing in the slush.
Whoever is filming snickers audibly.]
Hah! There you are!
[The mercenary smacks the tiny spider Pokemon with a PokeBall… which only seems to annoy it! It hisses angrily and attempts to sting Jarlaxle—only for the drow's Sableye to put him himself between his partner and the new Pokemon.
Cue battle music.
The camera remains steady. There's a bubbly chirp from a Pokemon nearby - presumably the person filming's - but there is absolutely no attempt to help.]
