Christmas Thoughts - Video

pikapikajankenpoChristmas time is around the corner. I noticed that this place is more of a Western Christmas all things around, so I need to find myself some kind of present-based Christmas party to go to or host.
Back home, Christmas in Japan is a huge date night for couples, both married and non. I haven't had a date since I was in high school, and even then I dropped out to focus on my work.
God I feel old...
Aw well, at least I have my kids. We'll be baking cookies for everyone, once I figure out this frankenstein of a recipe I found on the shelves. I'm almost terrified to brown butter here but here's hoping I don't burn down the building doing so.
