A message from Lance

indigo_league[Today, every Otherworlder in Victory Road will receive a message from Lance himself.
The video opens with Lance sitting in a deckchair. He's wearing an Alolan shirt that clashes horribly with his hair and is holding some sort of fruity cocktail. His Charizard reclines next to him, also in a deckchair, also wearing an Alolan shirt, though he lacks a beverage and instead gains a pair of sunglasses. There’s something stiff in Lance's posture, as if this whole staging wasn't exactly his idea --it wasn't; this is all on Karen and Will-- but he soldiers on.]
Good afternoon. Please forgive the unusual get-up. My fellow E4 members believed it would suit the spirit of this message.
[Lance's expression clearly communicates his feelings about that.]
As some of you already know, it's been ten years since the first of your number began to appear in our region. The decade has been a long one, and I know the experiences we've gone through haven't always been pleasant ones [Necrozma comes to mind.] but I truly feel that we in Johto and Kanto have changed for the better by meeting all of you.
And for that, I tip my drink to you.

And in celebration of the decade you've been with us, my fellow members and I have been working hard behind the scenes to arrange something unique for you all.
I’m sure you already know that there exist more regions than our two. For various reasons, the other Elite Four teams that represent these regions have chosen not to allow you to travel there. It's something we've often been at odds over, but I'm pleased to announce that some progress has been made.
After hearing of your many deeds great and small over the past decade, as well as the way you’ve learned to live and work with Pokemon just like anyone born to this world, I'm pleased to announce that my colleagues in the Sinnoh region have decided to invite all of you for a two week stay in the Sinnoh region. The town of Eterna City has been preparing for your arrival. I hope this will be a chance for those in the Sinnoh region to learn what we have already learned: that you are no different from us in the ways you have learned to care for and bond with your Pokemon. And, of course, it is a chance for you to discover a bit more of our world.
We've attached a document with more information for you to read, but I certainly hope I will see all of you on August Ninth to come and experience the wonderful world of Sinnoh.
