[[ who's ready for some serious motion sickness? if you tune into this video, you're absolutely in for it, because this feed is shakin' and movin' like no one's business.

johnny is... kind of in frame for the most part, obviously moving pretty quickly as he tries to document whatever is going on. ]]
So. Word from the wise to any halfway decent gamblers out there. The casino in Goldenrod? Extreme modesty is key. Take it from us.

[[ the video feed shifts even more, swinging over to a very wide-eyed emporio who is juggling a ridiculous amount of winnings and prizes as he keeps up with johnny. the camera returns to johnny, who is looking absolutely done with this situation. one might notice he has his fair share of winnings as well, but not nearly as much as the younger boy at his side. ]] They don't seem to take kindly to anyone that can gamble their way out of a wet paper bag. Bullshit, if you ask me, but save yourself the trouble, unless you're looking for it.

Y'know, I've been thinking about something.

[At first, the camera is on Kazuki. He's sitting on this back porch, with his Type: Null, Sarge, stretched out on his lap in such a way that it's not poking or stabbing him with any of it's sharp parts while it gets some quality pets. There's a Togekiss at this side too, all fluffed up and enjoying a nap.]

Over the past couple of months, I've taken in a lot of Pokemon. Usually ones that people like us leave behind when they go home, but I've got a few wild rescues too. Lately, it's been getting to the point where I'm starting to run out of room for them to live in on the little property I have, since I don't like putting them in the PC unless I absolutely have to.

[Here, he pans around to his backyard, where there's a panoply of Pokemon hanging out. He's right-- it's starting to get a little cramped. The Pokemon don't seem bothered by it quite yet, but it would probably only take another rescue or two before things start to get hairy.]

I don't want to have to turn anyone away because there's no room left, so I had a kind of idea. Maybe I could move somewhere where I could get a bigger piece of property, with something like an inn or BNB, and make it into some kind of business? Like a place where Pokemon and people can come to to rest and heal from whatever's troubling them.

I'm not an expert on anything like that, so I'd probably need some help, but it really feels like it could be a worthwhile thing to do. Especially after the Aether Paradise incident. I thought that place was really great when I was volunteering there, so it was really too bad that it was just a front for fishy stuff going on behind closed doors. So I want to make a place kind of like that, but for real, you know?

Right now it feel like some kind of pipedream. but I'm the kind of person that likes to make dreams like that come true. If people like us can open Gyms and bakeries and cafes and stuff like that, I could do it too, right? I just have to find where to start.

Who: Steven, Tyler, and Hythlodaeus
Where: a little cafe near the Goldenrod Radio Tower
When: this upcoming Wednesday
What: Tyler attempts to fix the liability that's Hythlodaeus
Warnings: Attempted brainwashing, probably a lot of bad language

Steven isn't one-hundred percent sure why Tyler is insisting in coming along to his Wednesday pre-work lunch with Hythlodaeus this week, but he did. Maybe the man's found a way to blackmail Tyler into friendship? Stranger things have happened.

Seeing that Tyler's brought his Hypno Teller along, however, is enough for Steven to send out his Drowzee. Mesmer's always glad to see his father, after all.
