Marvus refers to Bip as “a li’l miracle” because he apparently just showed up at his camp one evening. Eventually, the Pokemon work out some sort of play agreement and the last half of the video is Bip riding Bata like a tiny dog horse and the two of them galloping around excitedly in the forest.]
