Mistakes were Made (Video)

[The video shows a very frantic Narancia, somewhere on Route 5 as he seems to be...hiding? There's a shiny Dreepy in the frame too, clinging to Narancia's head as it peers at the camera.]

There's this Onix that keeps following me, and it won't just go away. I tried catching it, but I ran out of balls and still didn't catch the thing. What do I do?

[Please help him, he doesn't want to have the thing try to hug him again.]

[Video] An egg-cellent start to the new year?

[The feed clicks on to Hermione looking frazzled. And...frizzy? Her hair is certainly doing something of its own accord. And are those bat wings poking out in some parts? If you can get past the fact she looks like she hasn't brushed her hair in three weeks, you might notice she's surrounded by a lot of pokemon eggs. Seems like some mons have had a good holiday.]

Happy New Year everyone. Apparently quite a few of my pokemon also had a happy new year.

[She gestures to the eggs around her.]

As there are so many, I'm giving them away for free. Call it a belated Christmas present? Anyway, there's quite a variety here.

[She starts pulling out a few eggs put of the pile and holding them up as she lists some of the types she's got available.]

Let's see....there's some Misdreavus, Mudkip, a couple Amaura eggs...oh a Larvesta egg....what else is here? Togepi eggs.....[and more].

Anyway, there's a lot. I'll post some details about exactly what's here, so please feel free to contact me if you're interested in any. 

[Her hair moves and a Woobat pops up out of it with a chirp. Hermione lets out a long-suffering sigh.]

And if anyone has advice about removing wild pokemon from hair, please let me know.

The video starts with an image of a... something that's part yellow and part black. There's some wobbling and the chirping of a Pokémon, then the 'gear stabilizes somewhat as a flurry of motion on the screen resolves into a Helioptile scurrying back a short distance before turning and facing it. This is on, right? He's pretty sure it's on.

Anyway.

The Helioptile promptly launches into some excited and somewhat worried-sounding chittering; anyone capable of understanding Pokémon speech might catch something to do with the 'boss' and 'acting strange' and so on, though he talks so rapidly it might be hard to make it all out. After a moment of this the Helioptile scampers back to the 'gear, grabbing it to turn it. The view pans past a shiny Nickit lounging on the bed of a small inn room, to coming to rest showing Geddoe sitting in a chair at a small desk or table. His blind side is facing the camera, and he's drinking a can of something that definitely looks like beer.

There's still more chittering from the Helioptile, which Geddoe doesn't react to. Perhaps he's ignoring it all, but it almost seems like he didn't even notice? Surely he should have heard the fuss his Pokémon is making, at least.

In any case, the camera view spins again, resuming a closeup on the Helioptile, who gives his best 'please help' look before tapping buttons until he manages to turn the recording off again.

[Shadowmaru is filming this from his little porch. Despite the fact it's winter, he's still sitting out there, with a lovely ocean backdrop. There's a steaming mug in one hand, and he is... well. Impeccably dressed as usual.]

I don't see why everyone is complaining about these darling creatures.

[He waves a hand to where a couple of Snorunt are playing with his Null. Still playing, actually. They're covered in glitter.]

Ever since they've arrived, they've been perfect guests. And I must say - I have had the best hair days of my life here.

[As if to prove his point, he flicks his hand through it. And... wow... He's not kidding about how nice it looks.]

I believe we simply need to calm down, hm?

[Easy for him to say, when the Snorunt gifted him the extreme good luck of a Great Hair Month.]
