[The video opens on a hotel room in Olivine City, and a Servine visible behind Hunter, trying very hard to be seen over his shoulder the entire time he's talking, to show off the fancy black, gold, and green vest she's wearing. That's what this whole thing is about, right?]

Um- hi. I'm not sure how to start this really, so here goes. Over the past couple of weeks I've been, well-

[He's interrupted by a trill from the Servine, looking back behind him, then at the PokeGear with a weak laugh.]

-doing that. What she's wearing, I mean. I like to sew, to.. create things, which I guess sounds kinda dumb when I put it like that. So- So I've been altering clothes from shops and stuff to fit different Pokemon.

[And he pulled out another two Pokeballs, his Joltik and his Lopunny. The first is wearing THE TINIEST little shirt, likely remade from a glove but with little buttons all the same; the latter has on a frilly sundress, doing a little twirl after coming out. Servine glares, then steps in front to pose again. Look at HER not anyone else, of course.]

I don't know if I'll ever get good enough to, like. Sell my services, b-but-! If you have anything you want your Pokemon to wear, I could give it a shot? I'm always looking for more projects. And tips! I'm still learning to sew by hand, heh...

[Well, that'd account for the assorted bandages on his fingers.]

Oh! And I guess also, what kind of... other crafts do you like to do with your Pokemon...?

[Today, you are all treated to the sight of a very wet Armin. Which isn't very unusual, but what is unusual is that he is wet down to his toes and still in his regular clothes.

He is wringing out his shirt, pushing back his sopping hair, before he notices the broadcast is on (the signal isn't the best out here).]

Ah, there we go.

[Despite the aforementioned wetness, Armin seems really cheery. Excited even!]

Well, this tunnel is a bust. Nothing but water in here. I think a water main must have burst further up ahead.

How have the rest of you been faring? Any luck? I know the legendary seekers can be a bit... overly enthusiastic, but this time, it really did seem like the real deal. I receive their monthly newsletter than this picture wasn't nearly as blurry and grainy as the rest of them.

Also, has anyone been keeping track of which tunnels have been explored or not? I feel it wouldn't be very helpful if we all keep looking in the same tunnels. I could keep track of them all on a map if you can give me the coordinates of the ones you've looked through.

[Hunter is coming to the network from a hotel in Goldenrod, judging by his background, though at the moment he seems to be in the lobby rather than a room. This is because there's a Cinderace and a girl who, for those who know her, looks like a shrunken version of Eda, running back and forth in the lobby racing. A Lopunny is going around trying to get them to stop, but to no avail. Then, on one pass, both of them just explode out the front door, Eda laughing all the way. Lopunny stops, leans over a bit to breathe, then takes off after them. The video spins around to a harried Hunter-]

Is this- normal!? Is it happening to anyone else??

[-and then the whole thing is just a blurry mess as he dashes off to catch up to the whole group. The feed cuts after a few moments, with Hunter shouting after Eda and nothing but laughter in return.]

What’s this? There’s glitter in the air. What’s this? There’s dresses everywhere.

Oh right. It’s Prom time.

From the afternoon on, on Friday the 7th of April, your characters will all be arriving at Tohjo Falls via the transport arranged for by Lance. He did end up borrowing a few of those Corviknights from the JKBA, but there are also several of you who will find themselves flown to the Falls by one of Lance’s Dragonites or Charizards. Please give them a poffin if you are able, they are all very good boys and girls.

Your characters will be set down on a tiled driveway (more like flyway, Ha) in front of an impressive-looking villa. Those who have been here before might note that the villa has gotten a bit of a renovation and an update. Turns out that when Team Rocket kidnaps you and keeps you captive in your own home for several weeks while wrecking the house and digging Arceus knows how many basements beneath the house, you might be entitled to some compensation.

And from the looks of things, Lance and co used that compensation to turn their little vacation home back into something where they can relax in peace.

After you arrive, you’ll be greeted by Lance or one of the other Elite Four members, who will give you a quick run-down. You are free to explore the house and surrounding area at your leisure. Please respect their privacy and do not go into any of the locked rooms. You’ll find your accommodations behind the house, so feel free to head there and unpack. Oh, and, there will be a little announcement later, so if you could be in the dining room for that, that’d be stellar.

Well, off you go!

[In the background of this ground level video, itself against the backdrop of Ecruteak, is an Alolan Raichu bearing pancakes and chatting it up to a Rockruff and a tiiiiiny yellow spot (a Joltik). In the foreground is presumably Hunter, but all can be seen are his legs pacing back and forth. There's a few passes of this and then he stops to pick up the PokeGear, showing his face now.

If others thought he looked rough the last time he addressed other trainers, well now he looks even worse. He's shaggier and somehow even more scarred than before, and at the moment his eyes are wide open in fear. There's a couple harried pants before he finally manages to speak.]

When we're here there- there definitely isn't anything going on at home, right?? [Rapid eye movements while he thinks.] No I- I know that, I-I-I just saw that.

[But whatever calm he just gave himself quickly evaporates.]

But what if it isn't okay?? What if someone back home has realm-hopping knowledge and another one is- is a god and- What if everything's NOT safe? And we're just stuck here??

What then?!

[Hunter... does not look well-rested. There's deep shadows under his eyes and he's not as put together as he otherwise might be. He rubs one eye as he starts up the video, crooked at first but straightening it out after a moment, once he's figured out how to do this.]

I've got a question for other breeders, but I guess others can answer too, if you have any advice. My question is, how do you even start? [He pauses, half mutters "Agh Titan that sounds stupid" then tries again.] I mean, not the actual stuff. I read the guide, and I've talked to a couple others, I know all that.

What I mean is... I guess, how do you not get overwhelmed? Catching lots of Pokemon, making sure they're strong and have good moves, breeding the dozens of dozens of eggs and selling them, buying more Pokeballs, more TMs, doing it all over again, and making sure you have enough human snails to do all of that in the first place.

It- [He's interrupted by a badly stifled yawn.] -just seems so daunting. I'm, ehr, used to taking on big missions. But this? This almost seems like a whole other level. And I know, I know, "take it a little at a time." But even the little stuff seems like big steps, so... I guess, I just wanted to know what others had to say.

Hola, everyone! It took us a couple of months, but Mirabel and I just wanted to announce that we finally found a house!

[ She turns the camera around to show the simple but still charming house, with both her and Mirabel’s Pokemon already playing around in the yard. ]

Thank you to everyone who helped us out before! We’re just renting this one for now, but it’s still nice having a space of our own.

It’s in the woodsy area in Olivine City, so there are some stairs to climb in order to get to the house, but it’s still close enough to get to town while still being a little private, plus it has a great view of the ocean. And while it’s not big enough to really, say, have a party in [ So no housewarming party, sorry guys ] there is an extra bedroom if people come over and need to stay for the night. So if anyone would like to drop by, we’d love to have you!

[ As she’s still showing the house, people might see a peculiar Pokemon climbing up onto the roof and, with a loud cry, start striking (what it probably thinks are) heroic poses. ]

Ah…that’s Guerrero, my newest Pokemon. He’s…welcoming everyone too, I think.

[ Guerrero gives another cry before jumping high up into the air, and with a backflip disappears behind the other side of the house and out of sight. ]

…don’t worry, he’s fine. He’s been doing that all day.

[ This time, Kaiba's on the coast of Olivine City, standing in snowfall on the beach. He's dressed in a full body drysuit, with a large Kingdra happily dancing in the chilly waters behind him. ]

...all right. I've toughed it out this far, but I thought I'd ask. What advice do you have for traveling in the winter? I'm absolutely not hunkering down until spring, that's far too much time to waste. I've come this far riding on Zephyra, but there are some places she can't go.

[ He pans the camera over to a Rapidash stoking a small bonfire on the beach, then back to him and Kingdra. ]

If you have any items to recommend, I'd appreciate it. I'm about to head to Cianwood and the ferry's probably going to be a rough ride.

Summary: Ah, Christmas time! A time of joy, family and... commerce?

Like every year, the Goldenrod Christmas Market is opened on December 1st by a Santa (not the Santa, but certainly a Santa) with a merry Ho-Ho-Ho and a jolly tinkle of sleigh bells. And like every year, the stalls are stacked to the brim, overflowing with everything you might wish to buy this Christmas season. Every few stalls, the items make way for hot food and drink -- waffles, hot chocolate, cider, you name it and you can most certainly find it.

Just like last year, you too can open a stall at the Christmas Market. If you've got a special talent for creating things, why not drop by Goldenrod, and see if you can sell your creations for a bit of extra money. Stalls can be rented by the day, the week, or even for the whole month, so even if you've only got a small stash of items (or pokemon eggs or food or whatever) to sell, why not come by and try and make a buck.

Okay, so explain to me why we can own bicycles, but actual motorcycles are not even for sale? I'm literally confused about this.

( Foggy mornings and early starts aren't the best mix. )

[Network: Video]
[The video feed starts with a Hisuian Zorua's slyly grinning face. Varian didn't make this post, but rather, Corrosion has decided that her trainer's ridiculousness needs to be broadcast.

On making it to Cherrygrove, Varian bought a fishing rod. He thought it would be fun to learn how to use it once the weather cleared up! But... It's been a couple days, and the weather has only gotten more miserable. It's windy and raining on and off, but Varian's sick of waiting. He's standing on Cherrygrove's little beach, trying to cast his line... But with the wind (and Varian's lack of overall strength) he keeps coming short of landing his hook in the water. He gets increasingly frustrated over a few minutes of this, until a rain shower rolls in and he decides to cut his losses. It's when he goes to gather Corrosion and his things - Pokegear included - that he realizes he was being filmed.]

...Oh, come on. [He blushes, and gives an agitated sigh.] Alright, well... If anyone didn't know, fishing in high winds doesn't work. As Corrosion made sure to show you, I didn't know-- I mean, I figured it would be difficult! That's obvious, of course! I just didn't realize it would be basically impossible.

[Varian pauses a moment, then adds:] But while I've got people's attention, what's a good way to train a troublemaking Pokemon? I mean, training them like a pet, not battle training. [A soft snort as he shakes his head.] Ruddiger really made it easy on me, I guess. All I had to do was offer him apples.
